Arrested: John Craven 35 yoa Los Alamos, NM
Charges: Possession of burglary tools, Larceny, Tampering with evidence, falsely obtaining services or accommodation, criminal damage to property, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a larceny in progress. Upon arrival to the location, above suspect was observed running from the location. The suspect attempted to evade and was apprehended shortly after. During the investigation, it was learned that the suspect falsely obtained services at the location, had burglarized the spa lockers in the men's dressing room by damaging the lockers with a crow bar and had stolen a wallet from a locker. During the apprehension, the above suspect had thrown the wallet underneath a vehicle in the parking lot. in addition, the suspect had pushed the manager when confronted about not paying for the services. During the search incident to arrest, suspect was found with a burglary tool (Crow bar) in his back pack. Suspect was transported to ADC accordingly.

Suspect was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Hwy 14 for a reported fight. Upon deputy arrival, it was determined that the suspect had engaged in a physical fight with another. While being arrested the suspect kicked the deputy and resisted arrest. Suspect was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Gregory Ways, 58-year-old male from Chimayo N.M.
On 10-01-17 at around 3:30am The Sheriff's office received several reports of a vehicle driving the wrong way on interstate 25, headed south in the north bound lanes. Deputies located the wrong way driver at mile marker 286 and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Mr. Ways showed signs of alcohol impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. A DWI investigation was conducted and he was subsequently arrested on the above charges.
