                  Udabelle Martinez  Age:26  Coyote, NM
Tesuque Police Department requested assistance with (2) individuals that were non -native. Contact was made with a male subject, a brown tar like substance was observed mixed in with his cigarettes. Garcia was placed under arrest for the narcotics.  The other occupant identified as Udabelle Martinez was arrested by Tesuque Tribal Police Sgt. David Luginbuhl for an outstanding warrant. While Sgt. Luginbuhl was booking Martinez at the jail she disclosed that she had narcotics in her possession. Martinez was also charged accordingly.

On March 1, 2018 deputies made contact with the victim who reported a family member stole his credit card from his wallet.  Suspect then used the credit card at various locations.  Case pending further investigation.

Location: State Road 14 Mile Post 42 Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Timothy Quintana  Age: 55   Cerillos, NM

Deputies stopped a 2007 Toyota Corolla for speeding on State Road 14 near mile post 42. The driver, Timothy Quintana, 55 years of age, admitted to consuming two beers and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage as he spoke.  SFST's were administered which indicated impairment. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized due to a prior DWI arrest.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Suspect was found in possession of 8 orange strips along with a suboxone pill. Suspect was re-booked accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy that he attempted to purchase a laptop off of Craigslist when he was told to load a visa card with $500.00.  Victim gave the suspect the card information and was never delivered the goods.  Case is under investigation.

On February 27, 2018, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the arrestee's vehicle for not having a license plate.  Further investigation revealed the driver had a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause.  Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.  Driver's vehicle was seized.

Arrested: Caitlin Olsen age: 33

Charges: Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Service of Documents

On 02/26/18 contact was made with the above subject. During the contact it was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. One warrant was for failing to pay fines and the other was failing to appear. The above individual refused to exit the vehicle and was removed from the vehicle after several requests were ignored. She was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.
