Subject was contacted during a welfare check, and found to have an active warrant out Espanola Municipal Court. Subject was also found to be absconding from probation out of California and had a warrant out of ElDorado County. He was taken and booked into SFADC without incident.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during an active investigation, upon identification it was discovered the subject had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #2025004310/ Unattended Death/ 7/23/2025

Decedent- 42 year old female/ Pojoaque
Location- Sunlight View (Pojoaque)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a female who was unresponsive and not breathing. Deputies and medical personnel arrived on scene and life saving measures were eventually stopped, and the female was pronounced deceased. No foul play was suspected, and OMI was called to the scene.

Arrested- Chrystal Baca (40 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos Rd
A deputy came into contact with Chrystal while on a suspicious person call. She was run for warrants and returned with an outstanding warrant. Chrystal was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Harrison
A deputy contacted Ellena during a welfare check. While speaking with her, the deputy learned that Ellena had an outstanding warrant. Ellena was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Contact was made with the subject during a traffic stop; it was discovered the subject had an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly.
