Decedent: 47 YOM
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an ambulance assist. Medics arrived with deputies and immediately began life-saving measures, which were ultimately unsuccessful. The decedent had several medical issues, and was known to use narcotics. OMI was requested to the residence and they conducted their investigation. There were no signs of suspicious activity identified.

Arrested- Emmanuel Price (30 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Arrested- Mario Muniz (34 years old/ Santa Fe)
Deputies came into contact with the listed individuals on a traffic stop. Emmanual was found to have an outstanding warrant, and Mario was found to have three outstanding warrants. Both were arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Location: Herrada RD, Santa Fe County
Arrested: Marina Matakovich, 24 YOF
Deputies made contact with the subject while responding to a welfare check. The subject had two active warrants for her for failure to appear on charges of DUI, unlawful use of a license, driving while license revoked, open container, and shoplifting. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

The victim reported to the deputy that unknown persons had unlawfully entered her vehicle and stolen the specified items. This case is under investigation.
2025004238-4239 / Warrant service / 07-20-2025

Arrested: Rojero-Hernandez, Omar 33 YOM
Made contact with driver who was arrested for aggravated DWI. He also had two active warrants for his arrest for failing to appear on original charges of Battery (HHM) and Assault (HHM). Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
2025004237 / Aggravated DWI, Passing in no passing zone / 07-20-2025

Arrested: Rojero-Hernandez, Omar 33 YOM
Deputy conducted traffic stop after observing the vehicle pass another in a no passing zone. During contact with driver, Deputy noted an odor of an alcoholic beverage and signs of impairment. Driver refused to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and breath test. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into jail.

Arrested: Yeremi Orozco Vega 28yoa female
Deputies were flagged down in reference to reckless driver who had almost struck the person. Deputies located the described vehicle moments later, parked with hazard lights engaged. Investigation revealed the driver had operated the vehicle after consuming Twisted Tea at a party. The driver did SFSTs and showed several signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test revealed a BRaC of .14,.14. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

Location: McCurdy Road and Cielito Lindo Espanola, NM
Arrested: Thurman Begay Age: 25 Espanola, NM
Deputies observed Begay operating a vehicle with a ficticious license plate. Deputies stopped Begay and found him to be driving his vehicle while his license was revoked. Begay was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: Eddie Montoya Age: 57 Tesuque, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area for a reported car crash. Upon arriving, they contacted Montoya, who was found to be driving a vehicle while his license was revoked. Montoya was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: Michael Malone Age:43 Albuquerque, NM
Deputies were dispatched to US 84/285 MP 181 - (Pojoaque) in reference to Pojoaque Police initiating a traffic stop with a stolen vehicle. It was determined that the driver was a non-native. Upon arriving, contact was made with the driver and, upon questioning was arrested for possessing the stolen vehicle.
