On 12-20-17 Mr. Mezzanatto's wife reported him missing. She stated he left for work this morning but never showed up and nobody has been able to contact him since.

Arrested: Waylon Rosetta 31 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute. Contact was made with the suspect who stated he and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument at which time it escalated to a physical altercation. Evidence obtained showed the suspect Waylon Rosetta was the aggressor. Waylon was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On December 18, 2017 Deputies were dispatched to 262 Los Pinos in reference to a fight. Deputies learned the suspect battered the victim and assaulted another over the use of a tractor near his property. Suspect was then located by deputies and resisted when being detained. Suspect was charged and booked accordingly.

On December 18, 2017 deputies were at St. Vincent's Hospital on a follow up. While in the ER the suspect was being irate yelling and disturbing patients. Suspect was refusing to leave the ER and was escorted by security and deputies. Suspect then attempted to assault deputy outside of the ER and was placed under arrest.
