Stolen: 2008 Dodge Ram 2500

Victim reported to Deputy today that his son took his vehicle without permission. Victim stated he and the son had an argument over the use of the vehicle prior to being taken. Vehicle was entered into NCIC. Case is under investigation.

Case #0217013573, Battery Against a Household Member

Location: 300 block of Opera Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Male, 50, Albuquerque, NM

Suspect: Selena Sanchez, 20, Albuquerque, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Minors Prohibited, Unlawful Use of Identification Card

On Saturday, September 9, 2017 at approximately 9:30pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect had been involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Suspect had consumed alcoholic beverages and had a fake identification card in her name. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Case #0217013520, Driving While License Revoked

Location: 27600 Interstate 25, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: Blue 1995 Isuzu SUV

Suspect: Eloy Vigil, 48, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, September 8, 2017 at approximately 7:39pm deputy observed the above vehicle traveling at a slow rate of speed. An inquiry into the National Crime Information Center was conducted on the above vehicle and the vehicle returned with an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect, who was the driver, returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was currently registered, so the suspect was not charged for the registration. Vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5, amended 2013-5.

Person Arrested: Rex Corcoran, 32 year old male subject

Incident Location: 4200 Block of Cerrillos Road

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area in reference to reports of a male subject hitting a female. Upon arrival, both parties were located and it was discovered that an altercation had ensued between the male and female because the female did not want to assist the male's father. The female showed signs of battery and the male subject was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was charged and booked without incident.
