Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the listed area in reference to an assistance call from Tesuque PD. Upon arrival it was learned Tesuque PD had made contact with a possible intoxicated male that was driving. Deputy Lujan made contact with the driver and observed signs of impairment. SFST's were performed and clues were observed. Implied consent was read and suspect agreed to a blood draw. Suspect had 10 year old son in vehicle. Suspect was arrested and when run through NCIC. It was found the suspect's driver's license had been revoked from a previous DWI. During an inventory of the vehicle an open bottle of vodka was found. Suspect was booked accordingly. The vehicle was not seized due to it being a rental car.

On 06/17/17 the above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash on State Road 503 near MM 3. The individual showed signs of impairment and submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The male was taken into custody and initially agreed to a breath test. However, the above subject would not provide an breath sample when instructed to do so. The subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 06/17/17 the victim reported she found student loans on her credit report which do not belong to her. The victim stated she did not open the loans, which were opened in September of 2007. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a female inmate attempting to escape. Contact was made with jail staff who advised the listed inmate had attempted to escape through the booking area by identifying herself as a Santa Fe Police Department Officer. Inmate was rebooked accordingly.

Between the hours of 3:30 am and 4:00 am unknown suspects entered a 2008 Chevy Tahoe and a 2013 Ford Focus and took the above listed items. Suspects had already made charges to credit cards that were taken. Case is under investigation.
