On Tuesday May 30, 2017 I was dispatched to 131 Peak Place in reference to a domestic dispute. Dispatch stated the caller said her daughter-in-law was beating up her grandson. Upon speaking to all parties involved Autumn was found to be under the influence of Methamphetamine and Alcohol. CYFD was contacted and the victim was turned over to them. Autumn was arrested for Abuse of a Child.

DEPUTIES WERE DISPATCHED TO VICTIMS RESIDENCE IN REFERENCE TO SUSPECT ALMOST RUNNING THE VICTIM OVER WITH HER VEHICLE.
VICTIM STATED A VERBAL ALTERCATION BETWEEN THE COUPLE ESCALATED INTO THE SUSPECT STRIKING AT HIM SEVERAL TIMES. SUSPECT THEN USED HER KEYS TO BATTER THE VICTIM ON HIS HEAD.VICTIM WAS TRYING TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE SUSPECT LICENSE PLATE WHEN THE SUSPECT REVERSED THE VEHICLE. VICTIM WAS ABLE TO MOVE HIS BODY OUT OF THE WAY BUT WAS INJURED BY THE VEHICLE ON HIS RIGHT HAND.SUSPECT LEFT THE AREA. VICTIM HAD PHYSCIAL EVIDENCE ON HIS PERSON HE WAS BATTERED.SUSPECT REFUSED TO MEET WITH ME IN A LOCAL AREA. Warrant was Drafted.

Victim reported unknown suspects gained entry into their residence on 5-30-2017 between 3am and 9am through an unsecured window located on the north side of the residence and stole above mentioned items, Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist. The roommate reported that he found the above mentioned subject unconscious and not breathing with a plastic bag wrapped around his head with a hose underneath the plastic bag connected to a helium tank. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a stolen police report. Victim reported that his ex-girlfriend had possibly stolen his vehicle. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that the above suspect was filing a false police report. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at approximately 12:08am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a dispute between tenants. Upon arrival it was discovered that a large amount of property from the location was damaged. At this time it is unknown who damaged the property. Investigation is ongoing.

On Monday May 29, 2017 victim received threatening text messages from a female he had met via the internet. Suspect later demanded $700 from the victim or an explicit video would be posted on social media. Case is under investigation.

Vehicle: 1999 white Pontiac Minivan
Charges: DWI; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer; Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic
On Monday, May 29, 2017 at approximately 2:07am, Deputies were dispatched to the area of mile marker 176 on US 84/285 in reference to a vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Vehicle was observed heading northbound on US 84/285 and was failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle slowed, but did not stop. The vehicle continued to head northbound on US 84/285 at slow speeds. The vehicle was stopped on Silver Water Road. Contact was made with the suspect, who showed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a blood draw. Suspect was ran through N.C.I.C. and had at least one prior DWI. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
