Above suspect was found in possession of schedule III and schedule IV narcotics in his person after a routine scan. The suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Use of a Telephone
On Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at approximately 11:20pm, Deputy made contact with the victim, who advised she had been involved in a domestic dispute. It was learned that victim and suspect, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, were involved in an argument. Victim left the area and went to a residence that she was housesitting. Suspect gained unlawful entry into the residence and battered the victim. While filing the report, suspect was sending text messages to the victim. A warrant was drafted and approved by a Magistrate Court Judge. The suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages By Minors
On Monday, July 3, 2017 at approximately 11:55pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a fight. It was learned that the suspect and victim, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, were involved in an argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect also admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Monday July 3rd, 2017 at approximately 3:03am the vehicle listed above was stolen from the parking lot of Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino. Surveillance Video showed an unknown person enter the vehicle and drive south on the frontage road.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation and the driver was found to be under suspension, his passenger who wanted to drive the vehicle gave deputies a false name. When his true identity was determined it was learned that he had two outstanding arrest warrants. During his arrest 6 syringes were located inside the suspect’s waistband, along with a rubber band, tourniquet, cotton balls and Heroin.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Suspect: Arthur Quintana – 28- Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI – Stopped vehicle not to interfere with other traffic
Deputy responded to a report of people passed out in a vehicle. Upon arrival the deputy found the vehicle in the middle of the road with suspect passed out behind the wheel, with the engine running, and the vehicle in gear. A DWI investigation was conducted and the suspect was found to be impaired.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputy Lattin was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an attempted burglary. Upon arrival it was determined while the homeowner was out of town unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into the residence through the garage door but were unsuccessful. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Blaisure was dispatched to the above area in reference to two males pretending to be PNM employees attempting to get into people's residences. Upon arrival it was learned the two males were asking impertinent questions about the victim about her residence and whether her husband was home or not. Suspects refused to show identification from PNM and left the area on foot. No vehicle was seen in the area. Suspects were wearing black shirts, khaki pants, and black baseball caps.

Deputy Lattin was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival it was learned the listed suspect had battered the victim and stolen several items from the residence. Suspect left the area prior to Law Enforcement arrival.
