On October 27, 2017 at approximately 3:45pm, I responded to South Mountain Elementary in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim stated she believes the vehicle was taken sometime between 2:00pm and 3:35pm. Victim said an event is being held tonight at the school and there was a high volume of traffic. Victim stated she spoke with several staff member but no saw anything suspicious today. Information on victim’s vehicle was obtained and it was entered into NCIC. No evidence was located on scene and investigation is on-going.

On the above date and time I was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. I met with Corrections Officer. He informed me that a strip search was conducted on Inmate Mark Catnach. A glass pipe was located on Inmate Catnach's person. He was charged and booked accordingly.

Items Stolen: Cash, Wallet with Credit Cards, Men's Watch, Men's Boots, and Clothing
On 10/26/17 Deputies contacted the victim in regards to a larceny. The victim reported someone unlawfully entered his locker at the El Gancho Fitness Center and stole the above listed items sometime between 6:40pm and 7:35pm. There is currently no suspect information. Case pending investigation.

On 10/25/17 Deputies came in contact with the above arrestee who was driving a Ford Mustang. Deputies observed the driver to show indicators of being under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. SFST's were administered where the driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested.

On 10/25/17, Deputies responded to the aforementioned location regarding a domestic dispute. Deputies learned the arrestee had went to a neighbors house and broke the victims French doors window. Suspect was confronted by Deputies who then resisted and was subsequently arrested.
