On 11-10-17 the victim reported she was defrauded $4,000.00 from a Craigslist ad for a job. A subject sent a parcel of checks in which the victim deposited into her personal bank account and then transfer the money to another account. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Arrested: Paula Gutierrez Age: 29 Albuquerque,NM
Driver Gutierrez was stopped after receiving several phone calls of a reckless driver. Upon contact with the driver, it was found that she had two active warrants out for her arrest. The driver was arrested without incident.

Items taken; Golf cart batteries, Power inverter, misc hand tools and wire.
On 11/9/17 unknown suspects forced entry into two sheds on the property. Several items were taken from the sheds. No suspect information at this time. Case is ongoing.

Person Arrested: Malicio Gallegos, 24 year old male
On the aforementioned date, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on NM State Road 14. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the driver's license was suspended revoked with the arrest clause attached. In addition, the male subject did not have current registration on the vehicle or proof of insurance. The male subject was arrested and the vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County's DWI seizure ordinance 2013-5. The male subject was also in possession of a controlled substance which was found on his person.

Deputies were dispatched to Bishops Lodge Road in reference to damage to a traffic control device. Upon arrival, Deputies located a traffic control sign that had sustained damage which made the traffic control device inoperable. Case is under investigation.

On Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at approximately 12:06am, Deputy came in contact with the suspect at location, who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Warrant was for Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, and Speeding. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
