The suspect was observed operating his vehicle northbound on NM-14 in the Madrid area. A check of the registration plate on the vehicle showed that it was both expired and suspended.
When a traffic stop was conducted it was learned that the suspect was operating the vehicle on a revoked driver’s license, with the arrest clause attached.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
The suspect’s vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.
0217017207 – Aggravated Battery against a Household Member – 11-15-17

Charges: Aggravated Battery against a Household Member
On the above date Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a "911" hang up. Santa Fe RECC advised there was an open line and they could hear screaming in the background. Upon arrival Deputies spoke with the Victim who stated the Suspect had punched him in the face, pushed him up against the wall and continued to punch him in the head. The Victim had blood stains on his shirt and there were spots of blood on the floor and wall consistent with his story. The Suspect told Deputies the argument was only verbal and the Victim never hit her. Deputies saw blood on the Suspect's right thumb and blood on her pants. The Suspect refused to answer any more questions since she did not have a lawyer with her.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Victim reported to Deputy that unknown persons stole a credit card belonging to him from the mailbox to his home. The suspect was not able to use the card as the credit card company flagged the account. Case is under investigation.

On todays date, a traffic stop was conducted on suspects vehicle. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. She fled while I was speaking with her. Deputies pursed the vehicle. The vehicle failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway and crashed into an arroyo. She complained of injuries but refused medical treatment. She was arrested and submitted to a breath test. She had a BrAC of .12/.12.

Deputies were dispatched to location for a welfare check on the listed person. Upon arriving, the female was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The subject was taken to jail where she was also found to have in her possession a small amount of heroin. Subject was charged accordingly.
