On 09/13/17 the victim reported someone entered his 2004 Toyota Tacoma while it was parked at the above location. The unknown suspect(s) did damage the steering column in an attempt to start the vehicle. The incident occurred between 09/12/17 at 5:30pm and 09/13/17 at 4:00am. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On the aforementioned date and location, Deputies made contact with the homeowner who advised that while he was out of town, an unknown person(s) forced entry into his home and stole the above listed items. The victim was able to provide information as to a possible suspect. This case is currently under investigation.

Deputy War was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was determined the suspect through a cup at the victim injuring his eye after a verbal dispute. During the altercation the suspect damaged the refrigerator at the residence. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Person Arrested: Adam Chavez, 35 year old male
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a report of a Narcotics Violation. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above listed male inmate was found with 17 orange film strips, commonly known as Suboxone. The contraband was discovered on the male inmates person during a holding cell search. The subject was charged and rebooked without incident.
