On Sunday, April 30, 2017 at approximately 9:56pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Methamphetamine and Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched 100 Block of Peak Place in reference to a Wanted Person. Suspect was arrested and taken to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Subject was arrested on a bench warrant at the above location for failure to comply with electronic monitoring. Subject was booked at ADC.

Suspect: Christine Baca (43 years old), Santa Fe, NM

Deputies dispatched in reference to an assistance with ambulance. During the investigation, it was learned that the above suspect had an active bench warrant out of  Bernalillo County Metropolitan court for failure to appear.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

Taken: hand gun, knives, 2 Televisions and Jewelry ($2000)

Between the hours of 8:00AM and 8:00PM on above date an unknown suspect(s) made entry into the residence by force. Suspect(s) took above items. No suspect information is available at this time.

Taken: Household items ,tools ,artwork and pin ball machine

Victim states between April 14, 2017 and April 28, 2017 an unknown suspect(s) made force entry into the above residence and took above items. No suspect information at this time.

Suspect was located with five(5) strips of suboxone while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

 


0217005795 / Battery against a household member / 4-27-17

Commander entering: Lt. M. Delgado

Location: residence on Taylor Loop, Santa Fe N.M.

Arrested: Antonio Chavez, 63-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 4-27-17 at about 10:20AM Mr. Chavez battered a family member during an argument.  The Sheriff's Office was called to the location to investigate and placed Mr. Chavez under arrest.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.

Case- 0217005763- possession of a deadly weapon or explosive by prisoner- 04/26/17

Location: 28 Camino Justicia(Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

April 26, 2017 Corrections Officers observed suspicious behavior in the common area of the recreation area. Correction Officer obtained permission to conduct a body scan of Inmate and observed a large object hidden on inmate. Inmate handed over a grey metallic object wrapped in a bed sheet. Object was a six(6) inch metal, sharpened on both ends to make a hand made knife. Inmate was rebooked.
