On 08/15/17 the victim reported his GMC Sierra was stolen on Sunday at about 3:00am from his residence. However, the victim did not report the vehicle as stolen. On 08/15/17 the victim was advised his vehicle was near the 274 mile marker on I-25. When the victim went to his vehicle he discovered his truck was burglarized and damaged. The above items were removed from the vehicle. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 08-15-17 at about 2:45am security cameras captured a male driving a blue Chevrolet truck, breaking into a Jeep Wrangler and stealing the T-Tops. The case is under investigation.

On 08/17/17 at 12:48pm, I conducted a traffic stop on a 2014 white Chevy Camaro after observing the vehicle traveling at 70 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. Upon making contact with the driver, he was unable to provide a drives license, registration, or insurance. He was found to be driving on a revoked license. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputy Blaisure was dispatched to ADC in reference to a fight. Upon arrival it was determined the listed suspects got into a verbal argument which escalated into a fist fight. Both suspects were rebooked on the listed charge.

Charges: Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer – Disorderly Conduct
The deputy learned that the above suspect was involved in an argument with her boyfriend. The suspect continued to argue and yell profanities at her boyfriend even after being warned by the deputy.
The suspect then started to go towards the boyfriend’s residence and would not listen to the deputies’ commands. When the deputy attempted to physically stop the suspect he became aggressive and began to swing her arms away. The suspect continued to resist until she was able to be handcuffed.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
