On the listed date I was dispatched to Sunrise Rd in reference to a Domestic dispute. Upon arrival I made contact with the suspect. The suspect was placed in handcuffs after the investigation lead to him being the aggressor. The suspect began to resist and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle. The suspect was then booked into to ADC for the above listed charges.

Victim advised sometime between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:45 pm on today’s date someone attempted to enter his home through a window without his consent. The victim stated the screen to a window on the rear of the house was completely removed and damaged. The victim stated the listed item was stolen from the porch valued at $70.00. The victim stated he is unaware of anyone who could have wanted to burglarize his house. There are no known suspects or witnesses.
