In the early morning hours of 8-20-17 The defendant battered a household member during an argument in the parking lot of the Buffalo Thunder Casino. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Richard Maes 32yoa, Los Lunas, NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a welfare check. During the course of the investigation, above suspect initially concealed his true identity and fled the residence through a bedroom window. Deputy pursued the suspect on foot, which he was apprehended on four active bench warrants. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to an medical assistance. Upon arrival it was discovered that a 29 year old male subject had taken his own life with a handgun. No foul play was discovered during the course of the investigation.

Victim reported that between 8-18-2017 and 8-19-2017 unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence through a window damaging the window screen and metal flashing. Upon entry of the residence, victim reported the above items were stolen. Case is under investigation.

On the listed date I was dispatched to Sunrise Rd in reference to a Domestic dispute. Upon arrival I made contact with the suspect. The suspect was placed in handcuffs after the investigation lead to him being the aggressor. The suspect began to resist and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle. The suspect was then booked into to ADC for the above listed charges.
