On Saturday, April 1, 2017 at approximately 10:36pm, Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered his boyfriend during an argument on the side of the road. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The victim was provided a ride home. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On the above date, the above victim stated the above suspect stole the above items from the above location between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The above victim stated that he chased the above suspect from the store to the area of US 84/285 until the above suspect stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police for a traffic infraction. Contact was made with suspect who gave a full confession of the shoplifting and the items were returned to the victim. The suspect already had a warrant for shoplifting from a case in Santa Fe County and was arrested on the warrant and shoplifting.

The victim reported someone entered their home by prying open the front door sometime between 12:00pm and 9:00pm on 3-31-17. The above listed property was stolen from inside the home.

On 04/1/17 the victim reported that an unknown suspect had attempted to file her 2016 tax return and they received a written request for authentification from the IRS. During the same time frame, the victim received notice of a fraudulent charge to their Chase credit card in the amount of $928.74 on 03-27-2017. This case is under investigation.

Vehicle: Beige 2007 Cadillac Escalade
Charges: Aggravated DWI; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic
On Friday, March 31, 2017 at approximately 10:44pm vehicle was reported as a reckless driver. Contact was made with the vehicle, which was stopped in the roadway. Vehicle then moved from the area and a traffic stop was attempted. The vehicle was also failing to maintain a single lane of travel. The vehicle stopped again in the middle of the road, then continued on again. Vehicle moved at a slow rate of speed before it finally came to a stop and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving the vehicle. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples of 0.16 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to the driver not having any prior DWIs.
