Around 8:45 am on today's date (8-29-2016), unknown subject(s) entered a black Lexus through the front passenger door and took the above listed items. During the investigation, the unknown suspect(s) were observed inside the casino by surveillance during the timeframe of the incident. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Dale Webb, 51 years old, Edgewood, NM, 87015

  Santa Fe County Sherif's Deputies responded to a reported assault that occurred on Yorks Road. Contact was made with the victim who stated that her boyfriend was intoxicated and began an argument with her. During the argument the suspect pushed the victim several times. The suspect left the home and fired a firearm outside the home, the victim was not near the suspect at that time. The suspect was located near the home. The suspect was placed under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center


0216013604 / Assault on a household member, criminal damage to property of a household member / 08-28-16

Location: 20 Block of Avenida De Melodia, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 ( Tesuque area)

Arrested: James Wininger, 46 years old, Phoenix Arizona, 85086

   Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Avinida De Melodia in reference to a domestic dispute. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with James Wininger. James stated he got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend. Contact was made with the victim who stated she got into a verbal argument with the suspect. The victim stated the suspect became violent and chased her into a room at which time the suspect intentionally damaged the door.

 The susect was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.


0216013587- Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property- 8-28-16

Location- 100 block of Serenity Drive

At approximately 2:30 pm, victim heard a loud noise in her home. She exited the room and went to look for the noise and observed a male in the residence wearing a mask and gloves. An altercation ensued and the victim received injuries from the unknown suspect. Suspect took a box of items upon exiting the residence. Upon investigation, forced entry was gained into the residence by the suspect.  Case is under investigation.

Items Taken- purse, credit cards, jewlery

Value of Items Taken- $840

Between 11:45 am and 2:30 pm, unknown subjects entered a 2003 Red in color Subaru Forester and took the above items.  While canceling the credit cards, it was found that suspects had purchased goods on one of the cards.  Case is under investigation.


0216013556 / Aggravated Dwi, Careless Driving / 08-27-16

Location: Interstate 25 miler marker 267, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

Arrested: Truett Jackson, 35 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505

 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Interstate 25 mile marker 273 in reference to a reported motor vehcle collision. Deputies arrived on scene and began investigating the crash. Deputies disovered one of the drivers, Truett Jackson had an odor of alcoholic beverages omitting from his breath. Truett Jackson was found to be at fault for the crash. Deputies conducted SFST's on Jackson at which time signs of impairment were observed. Truett Jackson was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. Jackson refused any further testing.

Arrested: Justin Pruitt       Age: 22     Irving, Texas

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate being caught with contraband while being booked into the jail. The inmate was rebooked with the additional charges.

Location: 30 Block of E. Wildflower, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 ( Camino La Tierra area)

Arrested: Lorie Ernst, 46 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  Santa Fe County Deputies responded to an address on East Wildflower in reference to a reported argument between a husband and wife. Santa Fe County Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with both individuals. Both stated an argument occurred after a disagreement. Signs of a battery were observed on the husband. The suspect Lorie Ernst was placed under arrest. Lorie was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Location: US Highway 84/285 Mile Marker 168, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: White 2005 Toyota Camry

Suspect: Eduardo Lujan, 30, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On Friday, August 26, 2016 at approximately 11:07pm, Deputy observed the vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel and tailgating other vehicles. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Driver agreed to provide a breath sample. Driver provided two breath samples of 0.16 or grater. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. A check of the suspect's records through N.C.I.C. revealed the suspect did not have any prior DWI arrests and the vehicle was not seized.

Victim advised that unknown subjects had obtained his personal information and used it to open a credit card account. Subjects charged $4,000 to the credit card. Case is under investigation.
