Suspect: 43 Year Old Male

Taken:$140,000.00 Cash, $500.00 in one dollar coins, a 357 Magnum, 3 pill bottles of Valium,3 pill bottles of Adderall

Upon making contact with the victim, who stated he has been having work done on his house by the above suspect.  Victim said above suspect has been working on his house for the past 5 weeks and since then items have been going missing.  Victim said today he went to place money in his safe and observed the safe was open and the above amount of money missing. Victim was unable to give an exact time when the items may have been taken. No evidence was located on scene due to the amount of time it took to notify the sheriff’s office.  Photos were taken and submitted to evidence. 


Case#: 0217002930, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 3/2/2017

Person Arrested: Melanie Rebolloso, 32 year old female

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center regarding a report of an inmate in possession of a controlled substance.  The female was found by Corrections Officers to be in possession of Suboxone.  The female was charged and rebooked accordingly. 


0217002924 / Possession of a controlled substance / 03-01-17

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Emilia Lovato, 35-year-old female from Youngsville N.M.

 

 On 03-01-17 Corrections staff located suspected Suboxone on the defendant while she was incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail.

 


0217002911 / Unlawful taking of a vehicle or motor vehicle / 3-1-2017

Deputy Assigned: John Maylone

Location: Cottonwood Drive     (Pojoaque area)

Stolen: 2015 CF Moto    NM license plate

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a stolen ATV. Upon arrival, the victim stated sometime today between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, unknown persons drove onto her property and stole the vehicle from her yard. The victim stated she had not given permission to anyone to use her ATV. Case is under investigation.


0217002897 / Possession of a controlled substance / 3-01-2017

Deputy Assigned: John Maylone

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Herman Torres      Age: 21    Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the jail where an inmate was found by jail staff to be in possession of a substance believe to be suboxone. The inmate, Herman Torres admitted to possessing the substance and was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

Above subject reported to the jail to turn himself in on a Bench Warrant from Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. Subject was Booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.


Case #0217002831, Burglary of a Motor Vehicle

Victim: Male, 48, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 1995 burgundy Chevy pickup

Charges: Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny

On Monday, February 27, 2017 at approximately 11:53pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle and removed the registration and title from the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.


Case #0217002826, Driving While License is Revoked

Location: US Highway 84/285 and State Road 503, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Henry Quintana, 39, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2000 gray Ford Expedition

Charges: Driving While License is Revoked, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.

On Monday, February 27, at approximately 8:37pm, vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver. The driver possessed an ignition interlock driver's license, but did not have a functional ignition interlock in the vehicle. Suspect was then placed under arrest. Upon an inventory of the vehicle, marijuana was located contained in a glass jar. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was seized under Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.

Vehicle: White 2002 Chevrolet Silverado Pick up ($10,000)

suspect 1: Unknown age

suspect 2: Unknown Age

Victim: 62 year old male

Registered owner reported he let his adult son utilize his vehicle for travel and everyday business. His son was arrested on a bench warrant and entrusted suspects one and two who are his friends to deliver the vehicle to the victim, who never did.

 


Case 0217002815-Burglary-Larceny- Criminal Damage to Property 02/27/17

Suspect: 32 year old male

taken: PS4, games, leap frog pad  40 inch flat screen TV

Above victim stated that between the hours of 7:45am and 5:00pm an unknown person(s) kicked open the front door and stole above items. Victim believes it is the suspect her ex-husband. Case is under investigation.
