Person Arrested- Patricia Martinez 28 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was determined that the above listed person had battered her mother and stabbed another person at the residence. Subject was booked accordingly.

Suspect: 37 Year Old Male

Victim: 45 Year Old Male

 Victim stated he believes an ex-employee (suspect) is the individual responsible for cashing eight checks with the amount totaling between $5,000-$7,000 dollars.  Suspect had access to the checks and knew the location of the checks. Victim also advised his wife pre-signed all the checks thus allowing anyone to cash them.

Victim reported a credit card went missing from his home and was used numerous times in the Santa Fe area.  Case is under investigation.

Missing: 14 YOM

While at Walmart, 14 YOM ran away after telling his dad he was going to the bathroom.   The store and surrounding areas were checked and he was not found.  Unknown where he may be going.

On 07/17/18 the above individual was found to have an active bench warrant for her arrest. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 07/18/17 the above individual was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant issued of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim: 26 Year Old Male

Victim stated on todays date between the hours of 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm he was informed by a Target  customer service representative an account was being opened in his name. Victim then stated a separate account was active in his name at Ashley furniture home store. Victim stated he believes his information was accessed after he opened a credit card through Citi Bank.

17 year Old Male grabbed his back pack and left his residence. 17 Year old advised he was going to his uncles. No other contact with the Juvenile. Juvenile was entered into NCIC.

 Suspect: Esmael Valdez – 42 -  Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

Deputies responded in reference to a domestic dispute.  The victim stated that her boyfriend became angry with her because she wouldn’t answer his calls or texts.  Suspect grabbed the victim’s arm and began to shake her back and forth in a rude and angry manner. Victim stated that the suspect shook her hard enough to make her neck pop and cause discomfort.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
