Arrested- Edgar Rodriguez (18 year old male/ Santa Fe)
On March 1, 2026, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon contact, two individuals fled on foot, prompting a brief foot pursuit. One male was apprehended after a Taser deployment and was arrested for fleeing from law enforcement.The vehicle fled the scene, and the remaining involved parties were unable to be identified. The arrested male received medical attention and was transported for medical clearance prior to incarceration. After being medically cleared, he was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (SFADC) without further incident.

Arrested- Juan Jose Trujillo (29 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain it's lane. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. It was also discovered that he did not have a driver's license. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .21/.22 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Brittney Bowker (29 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Brittney was contacted during a traffic stop and found to have an active warrant. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Location: Interstate 25, Mile Marker 285
Arrested: Gerardo Fernandez-Caldera (42 YO)
SFSO and SFPD received multiple calls for a wrong way driver. SFPD located the vehicle on interstate 25 around mile marker 285. Contact was made with the driver and a DWI investigation took place. Driver showed signs of impairment. He agreed to chemical testing and results were 0.22/0.23. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to the house being broken into, and the vehicle above being stolen. Case is under investigation.

Deputies spoke with 68-year-old,victim in reference to a fraud. Suspect contacted the victim and sent her a fraudulent bill. This bill went from $10.28 to $1000.00 and had to be paid with gift cards from Sephora @Kohl's. This bill was from Santa Fe Pathology, which is associated with her dermatologist. This individual also compromised victims personal data. Victim paid the $1000.00 then realized this was a scam, but it was too late.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop after noticing a traffic infraction. Contact was made with the driver, who had a revoked drivers license. The driver was taken into custody without incident and booked at SFADC.

Deputies contacted Logan when he was seen riding a bicycle with no headlight or reflective equipment. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
