Arrested: Pusateri, Jayson (48 Y.O.M.)

Deputies made contact with Mr. Pasateri to check on him as he appeared unconscious. Mr. Pusateri was ok and not in need of any medical assistance. However, upon an NCIC records check it was learned that Mr. Pusateri had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Pusateri was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facilty

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a larceny. They learned that approximately $26,000 worth of construction equipment was taken by an unknown suspect/s, sometime prior to September 30th. This case remains under active investigation.

Deputies conducted a welfare check the above listed individual was identified. It was learned that the male had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was subsequently arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop, during the stop the above listed individual was identified. It was learned that the male had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was subsequently arrested and booked without incident.

Location: Rodeo Road and Zafarano Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Leonardo Valenzuela, 19YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location reference a trafic offense. During the stop, it was leanred that the drivers license was revoked due to a past DWI. Driver was placed under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly without incident.

Location NM-76 (Santa Fe County)

Arrested: Johnny Martinez (25 YOM)

Deputies made contact with the arrestee who was identified as Mr. Martinez. It was discovered he had an active warrant for failing to appear. Mr. Martinez was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: U.S. 84/285 and NM 106, Espanola, NM

Arrested: Alexander Law, 25 YOM

On Thursday, October 10, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon contacting the above driver, it was determined his NM license was revoked from a previous DWI. The driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: 1900 Block of Bishops Lodge Road, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Emerald Ring, Miscellaneous Jewelry

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, deputies contacted a victim who advised they had returned from a trip to the above area, and they discovered they were missing some high valued jewelry. The victim advised they had checked out of a location and when they got to their destination, the jewelry was missing. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 4500 Block of NM 14, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Amplifier, Glock Handgun

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a reported after-the-fact auto burglary. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim. The victim advised approximately three weeks ago, unknown persons gained unlawful entry into his vehicle and stole the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

Location: U.S. 84-285/La Puebla Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Laura Stanart, 50 YOF

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop. Upon contacting the driver, it was determined she had a warrant for her arrest. After the warrant was confirmed to be valid, she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where she was booked accordingly and without incident.
