Deceased: Steven Martinez (44 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a male who was not conscious or breathing. EMS determined the male was beyond life saving measures. OMI arrived and advised there was no signs of foul play. Next of kin was notified.
Case #2026002160 Unattended Death

Location: Caminito De Pinon, Santa Fe
Decedent: 68 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a male not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived on scene and located the decedent. The decedent was cold to the touch and obviously beyond life saving measures. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and responded to the scene to complete an investigation. No signs of foul play were located.
Case #2026002158/Recovered Stolen Vehicle

Suspect: Chuck Warner 61 YOM
On 4/20/26, Deputies responded to the above address reference to a located stolen trailer. This trailer was reported stolen out of Albquerque. The registered owner had the trailer equipped with an "Airtag" and was notified to the location of this trailer.
The registered owner drove to the location and was able to visibly see the trailer on this property.
The trailer was recovered and removed from this property by the registered owner. The property owner was found to be storing this trailer for Chuck Warner. The trailer was removed from NCIC as stolen.
Case #2026002151/Resisting, Evading, Eluding/Invalid Revoked 122G/Warrant x6

Location: Valle Vista Blvd.
Subject: Jose Trujillo 46 YOM
Deputy observed a vehicle with expired and suspended registration due to no insurance. Deputy initaited a traffic stop on the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle pulled over into "Santa Fe Fleet Maintaince", once the vehicle pulled over the driver of the vehicle fled on foot. Deputies pursed the individual on foot, and the driver was arrested. The other occupants of the vehicle fled with the vehicle. The vehicle was BOLO'D to surrounding agencies.

Arrested- Felipe "Sharky" Trujillo (45 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies on patrol recognized Trujillo walking along Cerrillos and knew he had outstanding warrants. He was contacted and the warrants were confirmed. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Juan Aranda Escalera (20 YO)
Deputy conducted a traffic stop and contact was made with the driver who was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of SFPD. Warrant was for failure to appear on traffic violations. He was booked at the detention facility.

Subject: Eddie Montoya 56 YOM
On April 19, 2026, Deputies were patrolling the area of Agua Fria. Deputies conducted a license plate inquiry that returned with an expired registration. Deputies initiated a traffic stop, after verifying the driver information it was later found the driver had a revoked license pursuant to the 122 G arrest clause. The driver was then placed under arrest and take to ADC without further incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop for speeding and contact was made with the driver who was found to have a warrant for failure to appear on traffic violations. While being booked at the detention center, he was found to have narcotics on his person and was charged with possession.
