Location: Rainbows End, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised the victim was contacted by a male who claimed to be “Lieutenant Oliver” and was told he had an outstanding warrant for missing jury duty. The victim paid the suspect, then realized it was a scam.  

Case #2025007504/7505/ Aggravated DWI, Warrant Arrest/ 12/27/25

Assigned- Deputy J. Vega

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Agua Fria/ Siler

Arrested- Joann Alberto Marquez (21 year old male/ Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for speeding and running two stop signs. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .16 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2025007503/ Warrant Arrest/ 12/27/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- NM 76/ Placita Rd

Arrested- Juanito Marquez (44 year old male/ Espanola)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

CASE#2025007502 Warrant Arrest 12-27-25

Assigned: Dep. Michael Olivas

Entering: Sgt. Edward Webb Jr. 

Location: Calle Lorca (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Gilberto Avalos-Morales 41 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Subject was contacted as a suspicious person. He was found to have an active felony warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. 

Case #2025007501/ DWI/ 12/27/25

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Cerrillos/ Lujan

Arrested- Giovanni Campos Zambrano (29 year old male/ Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for expired registration and unknown insurance. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .08 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location:St. Michaels and Pinon St. 

Arrested: Oscar Rodriguez-Mendoza 35 yoa (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, he was found to have two active warrants for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was taken to the SFADC. He was booked without incident. 

Case#2025007498 Warrant Arrest 12-26-25

Location: 700 block on N. Riverside (Espanola) 

Arrested: Rosemary Quintana 40 yoa Female (Espanola) 

Subject was contacted for trespassing at a commercial area. She was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident. 

Case #2025007495 // Driving While License Revoked - 12/26/2025

Deputy Assigned: R. Ramos

Commander Entering: Sgt. A. Hancock 

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway

Arrested: Aimee Mateyak (32 YO)

Deputy conducted a traffic stop due to the registered owner of the vehicle showing a revoked drivers license. Contact was made with the registered owner who was driving the vehicle. Drivers license was confirmed to be revoked due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Aldo Rodriguez (19 YO)

Deputies located a subject with active warrants for arrest. Warrants were for violation of conditions of release on original charge of minor under the influence, and failure to appear for traffic violations.

Location- US 84/285 / La Puebla

Arrested- Toni-Rae Martinez (28 year old female/ Espanola)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for swerving all over the roadway. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and she was arrested for DWI. She refused to provide a breath sample, and was later booked into the SF ADC.
