Location- 400 block of N Riverside Dr (Espanola)
Arrested- Logan Griego (30 year old male/ Espanola)
Deputies contacted Logan when he was seen riding a bicycle with no headlight or reflective equipment. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026001209/ DWI, Careless Driving/ 2/28/26

Location- US 84/285 @ West Gutierrez
Arrested- Shawn Olivas (22 year old male/ Espanola)
A deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after seeing it veering in an out of lanes, nearly striking the cement barrier. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided two breath samples of .13/ .11 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- 400 block of N RIverside Dr (Espanola)
Arrested- Jacqueline Garcia (39 year old female/ Espanola)
Deputies contacted Jacqueline in the parking lot of a gas station, during a suspicious person call and learned she had an outstanding warrant. She was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026001208/ Criminal Damage to Property of Household Member/ 2/27/26

Entering- Corporal D. Moore
Location- 400 block of Old Denver Highway
Arrested- Juanito Sena Rodriguez (25 year old male/ Glorieta)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned that Juanito had damaged items inside the household during the incident. He was arrested ant later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026001199/Battery on a Household Member
Assigned: Deputy G. Perez
Entering: Cpl A. Currey
Location: Los Pinos Rd.
Suspect: Lewis, Dominic 18 YOM
On the above date, Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above-listed address. It was discovered that the defendant had been battered by his stepson. Dominic Lewis was summoned to court.
Case #2026001196 - 1197 / Warrant Service - Aggravated Fleeing - Vehicle to be Registered - No Insurance / 02/27/2026

Arrested: Megan Martinez (30 YOF)
Deputies condcuted a traffic stop with a vehicle for an infraction. It was discovered Ms. Martinez had an active felony arrest warrant. Ms. Martinez then fled but was quickly apprehended. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly

Location: Gallina Peak
Arrested: Edward Garcia (39 YOM)
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the caller and Mr. Garcia. Following an investigation, it was determined a battery had occurred. Mr. Garcia was booked accordingly.

Location: Richards Avenue
Arrested: Edward Garcia (39 YOM)
Deputies responded to a call for service reference a domestic disturbance. The caller advised her husband had left the location in a blue Honda Civic and provided the license plate. Deputies located the vehicle a moment later and performed a traffic stop. Mr. Garcia displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol. He agreed to provide breath samples, which were double the legal limit. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Rudy Roybal (49 YOM)
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a warrant service. Deputies made contact with Mr. Roybal and confirmed he had an active arrest warrant. He was placed in custody and booked accordingly.
Case #2026001193 Unattended Death

Commander Entering: Cpl. B. Lattin
Location: Camino Del Rincon, Santa Fe
Decedent: 53 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a cardiac arrest. Deputies arrived on scene with EMS. Life saving measures were attempted, but were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) was contacted and responded to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed.
