Arrested: Sonia Rodriguez-Ortega, 50 YOA female, Albuquerque
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies learned the suspect and victim had engaged in a physical altercation at the location while heavily intoxicated. It was learned the suspect initiated the altercation. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Cordova
Deputies contacted Dominic after he was seen Jay-Walking across Cerrillos Rd. He was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was transported to the SF ADC where he was booked.

Arrested- Luis Lopez (21 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- County Road 56c/ Paseo Rael
On July 18, 2026, deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a single-vehicle rollover crash. Upon arrival, deputies located a single cab Chevrolet pickup truck that had rolled over and contained 3 occupants. Two passengers were transported to Christus St. Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. During the course of the investigation, deputies determined that the driver displayed signs of impairment. Following SFST's, the driver was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. It was also learned that the driver had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe Police Department to utilize their Intoxilyzer 9000 instrument. Chemical breath testing was subsequently performed, resulting in a breath alcohol concentration of [.11, 11].The driver was then transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (SFADC), where he was booked without further incident.

Pojoaque Area, Santa Fe County
Deputy conducted a traffic stop for speeding, during the stop the above listed suspect had a revoked driver's license and was operating the vehicle without and ignition interlock. The driver was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies contacted Brandon during a call for service and he was found to have two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Location- Cerrillos Rd/ Camino Entrada
Arrested- Johnny Montoya (68 year old male/ Santa Fe)
On July 18, 2026, deputies were conducting routine patrol when they observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver displayed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) were conducted, after which the driver was placed under arrest. The driver refused to provide a breath sample. The male was transported to SFADC, where he was booked without further incident.

Deputies were called to conduct a welfare check on an individual asleep in his vehicle. Contact was made, and the subject had an active arrest warrant for a failure to appear on a DUI charge. Subject was arrested and taken to the detention facility.

Location- Camino Carlos Rey/ Cerrillos
Deputies contacted Anthony because he was riding a bicycle in the roadway without a rear reflector. Anthony was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was later booked at the Santa Fe ADC.

Victim: Big R Stores
Deputies were on routine patrol in the area when they were approached by the store manager of Big R. The manager reported that the suspects had taken a trailer hitch and left the premises without paying. The suspects were located and subsequently charged with shoplifting ($250 or Less) and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim: 17 Y.O.M.
Deputies responded to the area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, it was learned that the listed suspect battered his minor son. The battery occurred outside the bounds of normal discipline. He was arrested, charged with Child Abuse and battery, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
