Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police during a traffic stop. Deputies identified Mr. Tamayo-Heredia and discovered he was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked for a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. During the course of the investigation, Deputies identified the primary aggressor. The subject was ultimately placed under arrest and transported to SFADC, where he was booked accordingly.
