On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a report of an after the fact burglary. On scene, it was learned an unknown suspect gained unlawful entry into a residence. This occurred during unlighted hours on September 14, 2026. This case remains under investigation.

Agents made contact with subject after confirming he had an active warrant for his arrest for failiing to appear in court on a charge of shoplifitng. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above listed driver, during the stop signs of impairment were observed. A DWI investigation was conducted, the driver was subsequently arrested and booked.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop, during the stop the above listed driver was identified. It was learned that the driver has a revoekd driver's license and was operating the vehicle without an ignition interlock as required. The driver was arrested and booked without incident.

Stolen: Sterling Silver Tea Set, Wooden Art, Two Metal Crowns
On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, deputies reponded to the above area for a report of a larceny. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who advised the aforementioned items were stolen. A timeframe for the theft is unknown at this time. This case remains under investigation.

On Monday, September 14, 2026 Ms C De Baca was reported missing by her mother in law. She was last seen on 9/01/2026 wearing black jeans, a white shirt with red hearts, and black shoes. She may be in the Pojoaque or Espanola area. If anyone has any information regarding her wherabouts please notify law enforcement. This case remains under active investigation.

Arrested: Hansen, Carolyn (73 Y.O.F.)
Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area and observed Ms. Hansen run a stop sign. She was stopped for that and other traffic offenses. She subsequently refused to provide her information and was placed under arrest. While Placing Ms. Hansen under arrest she resisted deputies attempts to arrest her. After a brief struggle Ms. Hansen, was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

During a search of an inmate at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, Correctional Officers located what appeared to be a controlled substance. Upon field testing the substance was presumptively positive for amphetamines. Mr. Fernandez was re-booked into the facility.
