Deputies spoke with the vicitm advising someone accessed personal information and opened a credit card account, and phone line account using their information. There is no suspect information at this time.

Location: Cerrillos Rd. 

Arrested: Lopez, Alexander (37 Y.O.M.)

Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. They observed Mr. Lopez driving a vehicle with a damaged windshield. A traffic stop was conducted and after an NCIC records check it was learned that Mr. Lopez had a revoked driver's license. It was also learned that Mr. Lopez had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Mr. Lopez was subsequently arrested for the warrant as well as for driving while his license was revoked. Mr. Lopez was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Manuel Escobar Perez

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the stop, deputies discovered that the driver had a warrant for his arrest. Sujected was placed under arrest, transported and booked accordingly without incident. Original Charge on warrant: Traffic offenses.

Deputies responded to a ambulance assist.  Upon arrival it was determined Kevin De La Cruz had an active warrant for his arrest.  Kevin was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center and booked into jail without further incident. , Original Cahrge Failure To Appear Warrant for Driving while revoked.

Case #2026005197/ Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Battery on a Household Member

Location: US 599 and S. Summit Rd.

Suspect: Dylan Herrera 25 YOM

Deputies responded to the above-listed address in reference to a domestic disturbance. During the course of the investigation the victim, stated he and the suspect, Dylan, had been shooting at Camel Tracks.  After leaving Camel Tracks and while traveling to the residence down US 599, Dylan believed the victim had shot at his vehicle while riding in the bed of the truck,  Victim stated Dylan's tailgate had fallen off while Dylan was driving, causing Dylan to believe the victim had shot at his vehicle., Dylan produced a black Glock pistol, struck victim on the right ear with the firearm, and fired one round into the air. Upon arriving at the residence, Dylan engaged in a verbal argument with victim and their mother Victim #2. Victim was able to enter the residence and remained inside while awaiting law enforcement's response. Victim further stated, the suspect had battered his victim #2 by pushing her While inside the house..  Dylan was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center and booked without further incident.

Location: 18300 block US 84/285

Arrested: Pacheco, Dennis D (63 Y.O.M.)

Deputies stopped out with a stalled vehicle that was causing a traffic disruption. They made contact with Mr. Pacheco who was the driver of the vehicle. Upon an NCIC records check, it was learned that Mr. Pacheco's license was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #2026005185/DUI, careless driving, violations of license restrictions

Location: NM-14 Mile Marker 17

Suspect: Layla Sturdvant 18 YOF

On October 3, 2026 at approximately 3:31 AM, Deputy Christopherson was dispatched to mile marker 17 on NM-14 in reference to a single vehicle rollover crash. Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver with signs of impairment were observed. The driver agreed to standardized field sobriety tests, where further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where she provided two breath samples resulting in 0.06g/210L and 0.06G/210L. The driver was then transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where she was booked without further incident..

On 10/3/2026 Deputie were dispatched thto the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Deputies made cpntact with Savannah Navarette who was determined to have an active warrant for Failure to Appear.  Original Offence was a traffic Offence.  Savanh was transported tothe Santa Fe Adult Detention Center wheree he was booked into jail.without further incident.
