Location: US 84/285 mile marker 172, Santa Fe
Arrested: Guadalupe Parra-Olivas, 44 YOA male, Espanola
Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police with a traffic stop. Deputies were advised Tesuque PD stopped a vehicle for improper display of registration. The driver was non-Native-American. The driver was found to have a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. Deputies were advised someone forged the reporting party’s signature or a legal document which has resulted in accusations of harassment.

Arrested: R. Ortega age 53, C. Ortega age 28, J. Shweder age 29
Locations: Siler and Cerrillos and Motel 6 on Cerrillos
Deputy Wynne conducted a traffic stop on R. Ortega. During his traffic stop Deputy Wynne uptained consent to search R. Ortega's vehicle which he was found in narcotics which meet the elements of Trafficking. R. Ortega also provided information he was staying at the Motel 6. Deputy Wynne went to the room and located serval individuals inside the room along with appearant narcotics and paraphernalia. The individuals were identified and detained. C. Ortega had 4 active arrests warrants (SF Municipal orginial charge shoplifting and Trespassing x2, SF District Court original charge conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and SF Magistrate origial charge concealing ID. J. Shweder had 2 active arrest warrants (SF Magistrate original charge shoplifting and SF Magistrate Possesion of a controlled substance). All three were arrested and booked into ADC. A search warrant was drafted and approved for the room. Nothing further at this time.

Location: US 84/285 MM 177
Pojoaque Tribal Police conducted a traffic stop on above listed. They discovered she had a warrant issued from USDC of Kansas extraditable nation wide for possession with the intent to distribute. Due to the female being non-native they called for our assistance. Dep. Lovato arrived and took the female into custody. He booked the female into the SF ADC without incident.

Arrested: Jessica Arreola, 22 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic. Deputies were advised the suspect battered the victim during a dispute. Deputies observed signs that a battery had occurred. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Location:3000 block of Cerrillos Road
Arrested: Crystal Archuleta 33 aka Lucia Morningstar
Subject was stopped as she was walking in Cerrillos Road outside of a crosswalk, while educating her on the dangers of crossing Cerrillos Road late at night, she was identified. During that time, she was found to have 2 active arrest warrants. One out of Santa Fe Municipal Court and one out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. Both were for failing to appear. She was booked into SFADC without incident. She was given a verbal warning on the pedestrian violations.
Case #2025006332 Recovered stolen vehicle, Suicide

Location 12 Mile Marker Hyde Park Road, Santa Fe
Deceased: 62 YOA male, Seattle WA
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a possible location of a stolen vehicle. Deputies were advised the vehicle had been reported stolen out of the Albuquerque Police Department. Upon arrival deputies observed a male deceased inside the vehicle from an obvious suicide. No signs of foul play were observed. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and responded to the scene. The vehicle was towed fron the scene and removed from NCIC as stolen by APD.

Driver was stopped for not stopping at a stop sign. Driver was driving on an invalid-revoked license due o a prior DWI. Driver was arrested and boked into SF ADC with out incident.

Arrested; Mariah Carter 26 yoa female & Clarissa Tapia 31 yoa female
Subjects were stopped for a traffic violation. Mariah was found to be operating the vehicle with a revoked license. She was also found to have an active warrant for her arrest out the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Her passenger was identified and found to have an active arrest warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear on a traffic offense. Both were booked into SFADC without incdent.
