0217001715 – Aggravated DWI – 02-06-17

Suspect: Daniel Kile – 29 - Espanola, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI – Resisting Evading – Driver to be licensed – Warrant Service
Deputies were dispatched to a report of an erratic driver, northbound on US-84/285 from the Pojoaque Area. Deputy Lopez observed the vehicle failing to maintain proper lanes of travel and attempted to make a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver failed to stop for Deputy Lopez for some distance. Once the driver stopped and contacted he was found to be driving impaired. The suspect refused to perform the Field Sobriety Tests and Refused to provide a breath sample.
The Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Aggravated DWI and a number of traffic violations. The Suspect was also booked on a separate outstanding bench warrant.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle occupied by the above listed person. Upon running said person, it was found that his license to drive was revoked due to a DWI. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

A traffic stop was conducted on the above individual. It was found that he had an active warrant for failing to comply with his conditions of probation. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 02/05/17 the victim reported someone had entered his place of business and stolen $300.00 in cash. The cash was left unsecured in the office. The incident occurred while the business was closed on the morning of 02/05/17. Suspect information is pending. There was no signs of forced entry into the business.

Location: Corte Arroyo Alamo and West Arroyo Alamo (La Puebla)
On 02-04-17 at about 10:00pm the victim was working on their vehicle at the above intersection when a male suspect approached and pointed a rifle at them. The victim ran for safety and did not see the suspect again. The suspect was not located at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Patrick Herrera - 46 - Santa Fe - NM
Deputies were dispatched in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Victim advised she was beaten up by her boyfriend for unknown reasons. Victim had a laceration above her left eye and bruises on her face, arms, and legs.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 02/04/17 the above individual was observed driving a black Honda Accord at a high rate of speed heading southbound. The vehicle speed was verified by radar at 74 mph in a posted 45 mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver, it was learned his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The above individual was booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized per the Santa Fe County Ordinance.
