On Saturday, January 7, 2016 at approximately 12:56am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a narcotics violation. Suspect was found in possession of a syringe and an item he described as Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: Camino de Los Ranchos/Canada Ancha (Chimayo N.M.)
Arrested: Amber Maestas, 27-year-old female from Santa Cruz N.M.
On 01-06-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Maestats crashed a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu at the above location. Further investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked driver's license. She was arrested and submitted to a breath test, results showed her breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Above listed person damaged two windows at the above location after a conflict with detention staff. Value of damage is $2,775. Subject was booked accordingly.

Victim advised that unknown suspects gained access to her Dillards credit card and charged $2000. Case is under investigation.
0216000228-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence- 1-5-17

Person Arrested- Jose Esquibel 39 yo Santa Fe
The above listed person was found to be in possession of suboxone after a search of his person was conducted by detention officers. Above listed subject attempted to swallow the suboxone, but it was retrieved by detention officers. Subject was booked accordingly.

Persons Arrested: Devan Marien, 25 years of age
Ricardo Vasequez, 22 years of age
Brandi Hoffman, 21 years of age
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a Burglary in progress. Dispatched was notified of two male subjects kicking in a front door to a residence. While in route to the residence, information was received of the suspects leaving the area in a vehicle. The vehicle was intercepted by deputies and the above listed individuals were taken into custody. After completion of an investigation, the above listed individuals were transported to the adult detention center where they were charged and booked without incident. The homeowners property was recovered and returned.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was determined that the above suspect had battered his girlfriend. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, unknown suspects entered the above listed residence and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Jose Esquibel, 40-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-03-16 Mr. Esuqibel was found in possession of suspected Heroin while being searched by Corrections Officers at the jail after a body scan located suspected contraband. He was booked on the above charge.
