Items Taken- Electronics and jewelry valued at $1,300

Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into the residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Larry Boylan 39 yo Santa Fe and Raymond Ramirez 27 yo Santa Fe

During a search of the above listed individuals, suboxone was found on both of their persons.  When detention officers were obtaining the items from Boylan, Boylan struck the detention officer. Both of the above listed individuals were booked accordingly.

Victim reported she received  a statement from her credit card stating an unknown suspect(s) had used her credit card without her permission in Canada purchasing items in a total amount of $1,157.16. Case is still under investigation.

Stolen: 1990 Big Tex Car Hauler- tan in color, bearing NM 61730TRH

Value: $3,010.00

On 01/21/17 the victim reported an unknown person stole the above trailer from his place of business on State Road 14. The trailer was described as being a lowboy style car hauler. The vehicle theft occurred between 01/29/17 at 6:00am and 01/30/17. The trailer was parked behind the building. The suspect(s) gained entry onto the property by cutting a padlock which was securing a gate at the entrance.

Suspect: Joseph Archuleta, 49, Espanola, NM

On Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at approximately 12:49am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The suspect and victim got involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect closed distance in an aggressive manner and the victim was in fear of receiving an immediate battery. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
