On the listed date, Deputy Archuleta was dispatched to the location on reference to a Breaking and Entering call. Upon arrival it was determined two unknown suspects entered the victim's residence and demanded a third party by name who was not at the residence. One of the male suspects stood at the door with a handgun. After learning the third party was not at the location the two suspects left the area in a black passenger car, unknown make or model. Case is under investigation pending suspect identification.

On 05/13/17 the above listed individual was operating a white Toyota truck. The vehicle was observed failing too maintain its' lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the above individual showed sings of impairment. The above driver refused to submit to a breath test. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On Saturday, May 13, 2017 at approximately 3:37am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who had been dropped off at the casino. Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate the individual. Family did not know who the male was with or where he may be heading. Male's vehicle was still at his residence. Male was entered into N.C.I.C. as missing.

05/11/17 the above victim reported sometime between April 24th, 2017 and 05/10/17 someone stole checks, which were mailed to him from his bank. The unknown suspect (s) did forge three checks in an attempt to obtain cash. Only one check for $100.00 was successfully cashed. Suspect information is pending.

A traffic stop was conducted involving the above listed individual due to her passenger side windshield being covered with a blanket. Upon running the above listed person, it was found that she had an active warrant, her driver's license was suspended, she did not have insurance and could not produce her vehicle registration upon demand. Subject was arrested and upon conducting a search, drug paraphernalia was found. Subject was booked accordingly.
