Police were dispatched to location for a vehicle stopped on the roadway. Officers arrived and found a vehicle half on the roadway. contact was made with the driver and was suspected to be impaired Tribal Officers contacted Deputies who arrived and contacted driver. Trujillo displayed signs of impairment. Deputies then administered SFST's where Trujillo was unable to complete them as instructed. Trujillo was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. Trujillo was given a breath test with the results being .28, .27. Trujillo was then taken to jail.

On 09/29/17 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to suspicious activity. The reporting party stated he arrived at work and found the front gates to the business locked with a bike lock. He removed the lock and found a Gold Hyundai parked in the Contact was made with the above individual who dismantled the locking control arms to the gate to access the property. He was placed under arrest and found to be on probation. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility.

During the investigation it was learned the above individual had an outstanding arrest warrant. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 09/26/17 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who reported the above listed person threw water on her and attempted to kick her during an argument. The above person then slammed the door causing damage to the residence. He was placed under arrest and booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a report of a Residential Burglary. Upon arrival, contact was made with the homeowner who advised upon arriving home around 5:00 PM, today, damage was observed to the front door of the home and the above items were missing. Further investigation revealed the unknown suspect(s) accessed the home by forcing entry to the front door of the residence. This case is currently under investigation.
