Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to above suspect having an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0215018104, DWI/ Driving while license revoked/ Speeding, 11-17-2015

Location: County Road 88, La Puebla, NM, 87506

Arrested: Daniel Vigil, 29 years old, Chimayo, NM, 87506

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with above subject for speeding.  During the traffic stop,  the above subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered and the subject displayed signs of impairment.  In addition, the subject had a revoked driver license.  The above subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .12/.12.  Subject booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.

 


0215017957 - Battery on a Household Member - 11-14-15

Location: Pinion Jay Trail              

Suspect: Monique Kropf – 23 – Lynwood, CA

Charges: Battery on a Household Member – Aggravated Battery – Criminal Damage to Property

Narrative: The suspect was highly intoxicated and was involved in a domestic disturbance with several family members, during which the family members suffered minor injuries. Before leaving the area the suspect kicked and broke a glass storm window and damaged the mirrors on two vehicles.  

An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect and she was located, arrested, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above listed charges.


Case #0215018090, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin

Suspect: Arturo Lugo-Aguirre, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 2:17am, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was found in possession of Heroin, which was wrapped in a clear plastic bag. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Andres Garcia, 23, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 12:01am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0215018004 / Dwi, Careless Driving, Driver must be licensed / 11-16-15

Location: South Meadows, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

Arrested: Francisco Hernandez-Quintero, 21 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputy S. Miller observed a vehicle pulled over on the side of the road. Deputy Miller pulled over with the vehicle at which time he noticed the vehicle was involved in a crash. Upon speaking to the above listed driver Deputy Miller detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage's. SFST's were administered at which time signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office for a breath test. After the test the driver was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.


0215018015-Larceny,Criminal Damage to Property-11-16-15

Location- 2400 Block of Richards Avenue  Santa Fe, NM

Items taken- Miscellanous electronics

Deputy was dispatched to the above location.  Upon investigation, it was determined that between November 14, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on November 16, 2015 subjects entered the property and took the above items. Case is under investigation.


0215017996 / Aggravated DWI, Roadways laned for traffic, Open container / 11-15-15

Location: State Road 599 at Souty Meadows

Arrested: Rosemary Tapia, 62-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 11-15-15 at approximately 10:00pm Deputies observed a red Lincoln car swearving in and out of its lane of travel on State Road 599.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, Mrs. Tapia was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.  Located inside the vehicle was a red cup containing Vodka.  She was arrested and refused to submitt to a breath test.  She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.


0215017956 / Aggravated DWI, Reckless driving, Possession of Marijuana / 11-14-15

Deputy assigned: C. Cullison

Commander entering: Sgt. M. Delgado

Location: Interstate 25, mile post 268 southbound

Arrested: Edward Howard, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 11-14-15 just after 10:00pm Mr. Howard crashed (rollover) his 2009 Honda Civic on the interstate.  Witnesses stated he was driving very fast and erratic prior to and at the time of the crash.  Further investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol and was in possession of Marijuana.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail after receiving medical treatment at St. Vincent Hospital.

Location: 7400 block Sandy Creek

Stolen: Misc. Tools

Victim reported between 11-14-15 at 7:30 p.m. and 11-15-15 at 4:00 a.m. an unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole misc. tools from the vehicle. Case is under investigation.
