Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic dispute involving weapons. Upon arrival, all the parties involved gave different stories of what had occurred. The parties involved did sustain minor lacerations and were treated by medical staff. Case is under investigation.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with the listed driver after observing traffic violations. After the deputy issued the citations and explained them to the driver, the driver refused to sign. The deputy explained what the outcome would be for failing to sign the citations and the driver continued to refuse. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.

On 06/26/16 the above individual was found at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the above indvidual has on two seperate occassions entered the residence and stolen prescription medications. A an arrest warrant was obtained and the above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 06/24/16 the victim reported sometine between June 20th, 2016 and June 24th, 2016 someone damged his 2010 Saturn Ion. The vehicle was parked at the above location and the victim was attempting to sell the vehicle. While the vehicle was parked, someone broke the rear tail light and damaged the quarter panel, causing about $1,500.00 in damage. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 06/24/16 the above individual was involved in a domestic with a household member. During the domestic the above individual battered the victim, took her purse from her and threw the items on the ground. The above individual also pushed the victim to the ground and placed is forearm across the victim throat and would not let the victim up. The victims cell phone was taken by the above individual, preventing the victim from calling for help. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

The victim was later contacted by another individual who identified himself as a defense attorney, requesting 42,000.00 be sent to a third party for bail. The victim did as instructed and later learned her grandson was not in jail in Las Vegas, NV, nor has he been in Las Vegas, NV. Suspect information is pending at this time.
