The above suspect was found to be in possession of unopened Suboxone while in custody at ADC. The suspect admitted to the possession and the contents of the package. Arrested and rebooked without incident.

Arrested: Victor Dimas Age: 18 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies were dispatched to the Juvenile jail in reference to a criminal damage to property. Upon arrival, the Deputy was told that the above individual punched a window at the facility causing damage. The Deputy spoke to the individual who admitted to punching the window and causing damage. The individual was arrested and charged accordingly.

On 04-18-16 between the hours of 9:00pm and 10:00pm someone broke the lock off the victim's shed and stole a wood splitter from inside.

Deputies were serving an arrest warrant on the above suspect. The suspect turned and punched a deputy in the face and began to resist arrest. She was booked on the original warrant, Battery on Peace Officer and resisting arrest.

Depuites contacted the victim and learned an unknown person used the victim's Social Security number to open a Verizon account. Victim was contacted by Verizon and informed an outstanding balance of $1,976.00 was due on the account. The victim is unaware of how the suspect obtained his information to open the account. No suspects have been identified, case is still under investigation.

Deputies contacted the victim and learned an unknown person used the victims information to open a Verizon account. The victim was contacted by Verizon's bill collection department and learned there was an outstanding balance. No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to an auto burglary an learned while the victim was walikng her dog an unknown person broke the window to her Subaru. While inside the suspect stole a person and used the victims credit card at several locations in Santa Fe. No suspects have been identified, case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Matthew Esquibel,32 years old, Chimayo, NM, 87567
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the area of Calle De La Capilla. Initial reports showed that both inidvidual had struck eachother. Santa Fe County Deputy Sgt. Trujillo arrived on scene and began to invstigate the incident. During the investigation it was discovered that Matthew Esquibel struck the victim after a heated argument. The victim struck the suspect back in self defense. The suspect was placed under arrest and charged accordingly. Matthew Esquibel was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned the above suspect had cut the victim with a sharpe edged object. The suspect left the residence and an arrest warrant was issued for her arrest. Suspects location is unknown at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in regards to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival deputies interviewed jail staff and learned the above suspect had suboxone on his person. He was rebooked accordingly on the above charges.
