Deputy responded to an ambulance assist call to the above location and discovered 81 year old male unresponsive and not breathing. OMI summoned to the scene and no signs of foul play found. The male individual suffered from respiratory health issues.

Arrested: Weldon Whiteface Age: 32 Santo Domingo Pueblo, NM
Santa Fe Police Officers initiated a traffic stop with the listed driver after observing that he could not maintain his lane of travel. Santa Fe Police contacted Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies and asked that they respond and take over the investigation for a possible impaired driver. Deputies arrived and impairment was detected. The driver could not submit to sobriety tests and was arrested. The driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .29, .28
The driver was booked into the jail.

On February 27, 2016, the victim was advised that the above location had been unlawfully entered. The victim stated that the above trailer was taken from the property and noticed it missing on todays date. Value of the trailer is $2,500. Case is under investigation.

Charges: False Imprisonment, Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
On Sunday, March 6, 2016 at approximately 10:16pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim and the suspect were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. Victim got away from the suspect and went inside another room where the suspect held the victim against their will inside the room and would not release the victim. Suspect also caused damage to walls within the residence. The victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
