On 09-19-16 the victim reported sometime between 09-17-16 and 09-19-16 an unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole the above items. The tools were described as several Dewalt Power Tools. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On Saturday, September 17, 2016, at approximately 10:43pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate, who was found in possession of a controlled substance. It was learned the suspect did have in his possession some Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Vehicle: 2005 Green Pontiac Grand Prix
Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana, Driving While License Suspended, Speeding
On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 11:38pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the vehicle having been stopped for speeding by Pojoaque Tribal and the driver had an arrest warrant and was non-tribal. It was confirmed the suspect had an active arrest warrant. Suspect also returned through N.C.I.C. with a suspended license. Suspect also had in his possession several containers with Marijuana and Marijuana pipes. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene and taken to the tow company's impound lot.

It was learned the suspect had in his possession several strips of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies located a white in color vehicle with damage. During the crash investigation, the driver displayed signs of impairment and refused to submit to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly

While attempting to obtain information of the subjects involved, the suspect provided a name that was obviously not his. Suspect also provided social security numbers that did not return to him. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Male, 52, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property.
On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 1:30am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary that was in progress. Deputies learned that an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the garage by breaking a door and removed motorcycles from the garage. Victim heard noise coming from the garage and went outside to investigate. Suspect(s) saw the home owner and began to drive away and shot a firearm in the direction of the victim. The motorcycles were located in the area and returned to the victim. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, September 17, 2016 at approximately 11:45pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to loud music that was disturbing the peace of residents in the area. Deputies made contact with the suspect who turned the music back up as they were leaving the area. Suspect told deputies he was going to shoot them if they did not leave. Deputies began to restrain the suspect and suspect pulled away and was fighting with deputies. Suspect was placed in handcuffs, was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without any further incident. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Arrested: Eddie Lovato, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09-15-16 Corrections Officers observed two inmates acting suspicious in the Delta Pod. Upon searching the inmates they located Suboxone on inmate Lovato.
