Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported burlgary in the 100 block of Los Pinos Road. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who reported between Ferbuary 26, 2016 and March 02, 2016 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry to the victims shed. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took electronics from within the shed. The scene was convassed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (SFADC)
Arrested: Chantel Chavez, Santa Fe, NM 24 years old
Deputy responded to the SFADC in reference to a narcotic violation. During the course of the investigation, the above subject was found in possession of 58 strips of an orange film, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, 5 needles, a syringe and a crushed pill (xanax). Above subject rebooked at the SFADC.

Location: W. Quail Run, Edgewood, NM
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an unresponsive, not breathing 50 year old male. Upon arrival Medics were already attempting to revive the male with no success. The male had a history of high blood pressure, and other medical conditions.
There were no signs of foul play.
OMI was contacted and took over the investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an unresponsive, not breathing 70 year old male. Upon arrival Medics were already attempting to revive the male with no success. The male had a history of high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. There were no signs of foul play. OMI was contacted and took over the scene.

Location: 5100 Block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Christus St. Vincents Hospital in reference to a reported 20 year old male subject with an open wound at the hospital. Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury. Victim reported a suspect observed the victim in the area of the 5100 block of Agua Fria Road and fired a firearm at the victim. Santa Fe County Detectives arrived on scene and began an investigation into the incident. This case remains under investigation.

On this date, I met with the victim who stated he received a letter from the IRS requesting more information regarding his2015 tax return that was filed. Victim stated that he has not filed his 2015 return as of yet. Case is under investigation.

On this date, Deputy responded to the above location. Victim reported that unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the business by breaking a rear window sometime on 2-29-2016 around 5:30pm and todays date around 7:30am. Victim reported nothing was taken at this time. Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a robbery. A cashier from the store reported a Hispanic male individual entered the store to purchase four cartons of cigarrettes. Upon scaning the items, the suspect grabbed two cartons from the cashier who was in immediate control of the cartons by using force. The suspect fled the store in a beige SUV vehicle traveling north on US 84/285. Case is still under investigation. At this time, no suspect has been identified.

On this date, deputy responded to the above location. Upon arrival and investigation, it was found that subjects damaged a window to gain entry into the residence, and upon entering, took the above items. This occurred between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3: 50 p.m. Case is under investigation.
