On 1-13-17 at approximately 9:45pm Deputies responded to a call of a domestic disturbance at the above location: They contacted the victim who had sustained an injury to their face. The victim stated a family member struck them in the face with a metal pipe during an argument. The victim was transported to the hospital. The suspect fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect.

On above date, Deputy Maylone was dispatched to the area of East Pine in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined and unknown suspect gained entry into the residence and stole a cellular phone. Case is under investigaition.

On 01/13/17 the above individual was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by Pojoaque Tribal PD. Upon running the above individual, it was learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. The above individual was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 01/13/17 Deputies conducted a welfare check on a vehicle located on State Road 14 by the NM Corrections Department. While making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, it was learned the above individual had a warrant for his arrest issued out of Ector County Texas. The original charge out of Texas was Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon. The above subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the area of El Sitio Road in La Puebla reference to a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies encountered the listed individual who was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. The listed person was arrested without incident and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim stated that sometime between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, an unknown suspect gained entry into the above residence through an unlatched front door. Once inside the above suspect took the above item.

Suspect: Michael Ray Kremer – 31 – El Prado, NM
Charges: Concealing Identity / Driving while Suspended / Warrant Service X2
Deputy stopped to do a welfare check on two vehicles on the berm of NM-599. A check of the registration plate on one of the vehicles showed that the registered owner had two warrants for his arrest, and that he was driving with a suspended license. When asked for his identity the suspect gave a false name and date of birth.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
