Suspect: Robert Vigil, 30, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday, March 27, 2016 at approximately 8:35pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim. Victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Tomas Castellano Age:32 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies were dispatched to the listed address in reference to domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim was struck by the listed suspect during an argument. The victim sustained minor injuries and the suspect was arrested without incident. The suspect was transported to jail where he was charged accordingly.

Driver: Jesus Solano Age: 18 Santa Fe
Deputies initiated a traffic stop with a white pickup after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and observed signs of imairment. Sobriety Tests were administerd and driver was arrested. Driver refused chemical testing and was taken to jail where he was charged accordingly.

Location- 300 Block of Paseo Rael
Items Take- Electronics
Between the hours of 5:20 pm and 6:02 pm, subjects damaged the driver side window of a 2007 Toyota Tacoma truck and took the above items. Items and damage was valued at $1,500. Case is under investigation.

Location- 300 Block of Paseo Rael
Items Taken- Currency and electronics
Between the hours of 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm subjects damaged the passenger side window of a 2005 Lexus Suv and took the above items. Value of items and damage is $510. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Unknown
The victim reported that between 10:00pm on 03-26-16 and 10:00am on 03-27-16 someone stole his 1997 White Toyota Tacoma extended cab pickup truck from the Tesuque area.

Suspect: Robert Montoya – 33 – Ohkay Owingeh, NM
Charges: DWI – Suspended Driver’s License – Careless Driving
An off-duty police officer observed the suspect driving in a reckless manner and notified the Sheriff’s Office. The off-duty officer followed the suspect until he was pulled over by a marked unit. A DWI investigation was conducted and the suspect was subsequently arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Facility for DWI and other charges. The suspect’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Suspect: Debra Flores, 47, Santa Fe, NM
On Saturday, March 26, 2016 at approximately 9:34pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. During an argument the suspect battered the victim. Victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Dawn Longoria, age 45
Deputies responded to the above location in regards to domestic disturbance. Deputies learned the above suspect had battered her boyfriend, while driving to Taos, NM. The suspect was arrested without incident on the above charge.

Location: Hyde Park Road (Chamisa Trail Head)
Stolen: Credit Cards, Social Security Cards, Cash and Mac Book AIr
Deputies responded to Sandoval Street, and met with the victim. The victim reported while hiking an unknown person entered her vehicle and removed the above items. Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.
