Between 3:30 pm, while showing a residence to a potential buyer unknown suspect obtained access to a 2012 Toyota Highlander and rummaged through the vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Assault on a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property under $1,000.00
On 01/07/16 Deputies were dispatched to a suspicious person at the above location. During the investigation it was learned the above individual caused $700.00 in damage to a Pontiac Grand Am and threatened a household member causing the victim to believe she would be battered. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On the aforementioned date, deputies responded the victims home in reference to a reported Larceny. Upon arrival, the victim advised that she arrived home from an extended absence and noticed that her jewelry was missing from her home. The victim provided suspect information and this case is currently under investigation.

On 01/08/17 the reporting party stated her 25 year old daughter has not been heard from since 01/04/17. The reporting party was last known to be in the Albuquerque area. She was last seen wearing a white sweat shirt with blue lettering and black slacks. She was entered as a Missing Person into the National Database.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation it was found that the above listed had battered his father. Above listed subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported that she received notification from her bank of suspicious activity on her credit card. It was found that several unauthorized transactions were charged to her card totaling $4,796. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone
On Saturday, January 7, 2016 at approximately 12:56am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a narcotics violation. Suspect was found in possession of a syringe and an item he described as Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: Camino de Los Ranchos/Canada Ancha (Chimayo N.M.)
Arrested: Amber Maestas, 27-year-old female from Santa Cruz N.M.
On 01-06-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Maestats crashed a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu at the above location. Further investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol and driving on a revoked driver's license. She was arrested and submitted to a breath test, results showed her breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
