Vehicle: 2003 blue Toyota 4door car
Charges: DWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:21pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was asleep in their car. Contact was made with the suspect, who was in control of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect, who agreed to submit to testing. Items used to smoke marijuana were located within the suspect's possession. Suspect was taken to the Christus St. Vincent Hospital for a legal blood draw. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:15 pm, subjects broke the passenger side window of a 2010 Ford Focus that was parked at the above location and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, subjects gained forced entry into a 2004 Black in color Toyota pickup and stole the above items which were valued at $900.00. Case is under investigation.

Location: NM 503 Mile Marker 5, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Andre Rollin 58 yoa male, Taos, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Container, and Tampering with Evidence
Deputies were working a DWI Checkpoint Road Block at the above location. Contact was made with a Tan Mercedes 4 door car. Upon contact with the above driver, Deputy dectected an odor of marijuana and the driver acknowledged he was in possession of marijuana. The above driver was observed throwing the marijuana out the car window. Also located in the vehicle was a glass pipe, and an open beer bottle. The driver was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Roberta Trujillo 42 year old female, Espanola NM
Charges: Driving on Revoked Driver License
Deputy was assigned to the above location for a Sobriety Check Point. Contact was made with a Silver Hyundai Accent and the above driver. Upon contact with the driver it was learned she had a revoked license with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested and booked on the above charge without further incident. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Contact was made with the victim who stated suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took electronics from within the vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a vehicle crash. The above defendant was the driver of the vehicle and was impaired. He was transported to the hospital to be evaluated for injuries. While at the hospital the defendant submitted to a blood draw and was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Deputies responded to the jail in regards to an inmate with Heroin. When deputies arrived they interviewed the defendant and she admitted to possessing the narcotic. The defendant was re-booked on the above charges.
