Deputies were dispatched to a report of a female yelling and striking people at a residence. A victim stated that the suspect struck her in the face with her hand. Upon being transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility the suspect was searched and two (2) bags of Meth and one bag of Marijuana were found in her bra.
The suspect was booked on all of the above charges.

On the above date, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim’s mother and father who advised they’re 13 year old daughter had left the house at 3:00PM on the above date and not returned. Both mother and father were unable to provide a possible destination. The above juvenile was entered into NCIC. A bolo was issued to surrounding agencies.

Subject located in a disabled vehicle and was arrested on outstanding Bench Warrant out of San Miguel County for failure to pay fines on a Battery charge.

Suspect arrested: Frank Lucero, 50 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508
While patrolling the area of Entrada La Cienega, a vehicle was observed with its parking lights on partially on the road. The vehicle turned on the headlamps and proceeded across an intersection then pulled over. A welfare check was conducted on the occupants of the vehicle. Contact was made with the driver identified as Frank Lucero. It was discovered that Franks' driving privileges were revoked, arrest pursuant. Mr. Lucero was placed under arrest without incident. Frank was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the listed person after dispatch issued a BOLO for a possible drunk driver. After contacting the listed individual signs of impairment were observed. The driver submitted to sobriety testing and impairment was displayed. Driver was arrested and he submitted to chemical testing where the results were .19/.18. The driver was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

The victim reported on 12-28-16 between the hours of 12:00pm and 9:30pm someone entered their home by forcing open the front door. Several electronics were stolen from the home.
