Arrested: Jaime Treto 23 year old male, Wright Wyoming
Charges: DWI, Speeding, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Deputies observed a Silver Nissan Altima at the above location speeding. The vehicle was also reported to have been involved in a domestic. Upon contact with the driver he showed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were adminstered and the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was then placed under arrest. Above suspect was read the NM Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to chemical testing resulting in BrAC 0.10/ 0.10. A vehicle inventory was conducted where a pipe and grinder were found within the vehicle. The above suspect was transported and booked accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

Person Arrested- Robert Kempenich 56 yo Santa Fe, NM
Above listed person was stopped for a traffic violation. During the encounter Deputy smelled the odor of marijuana, consent to search the vehicle was granted and marijuana was located. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 2:55 p. unknown subjects gained forced entry into a vehicle at the above location and took the above listed items. value of items taken and damage is $1,000. Case is under investigation.

Above suspect was arrested due to having an outstanding warrant for failing to pay fines out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Subject booked accordingly.

Stolen: US currency, medication
Victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the building between the hours of 12:00pm on 2-13-2016 and 2:00pm on 2-14-2016. While inside the building the unknown suspect(s) damage a wooden door and stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.

Charges: Battery against a household member, Assault
On Sunday, February 14, 2016 at about 11:26pm, Deputy reponded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim during an argument. Suspect also threatened to batter another person who was on scene. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Nicole Montoya Age:31 Albuquerque,NM
Deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate being found to have in her possession a controlled substance. Upon her arrival, it was learned that the inmate during a cell search had in her possession a controlled substance. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect had unlawfully touched the victim causing injuries. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On Sunday, February 14, 2016, at approximately 11:49pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Battery upon a peace officer. It was learned that the suspect had thrown hot water on the victim, who is a corrections officer. The victim received minor, non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
