Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Friday, July 24, 2015 at 9:52 am, Deputies were responding to location in reference to a residential burglary that had just occurred. A witness provided the description of the vehicle. Vehicle was located by Deputies leaving the area and the vehicle was stopped. The suspects were inside the vehicle, which contained an electronic item and a change box which had been removed from the residence. Suspects gained entry into the residence through a window by damaging the air conditioner. Suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

 


0215011558– Battery Against a Household Member - 07-24-15

Location: Ramada Court

Arrested: Pena Yolanda – 46 – Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and upon arrival contacted the male victim. The victim stated he heard his wife talking to another man on the telephone. When the victim confronted the suspect about the possible infidelity an argument began which resulted in the suspect slapping the victim on his cheek with an open hand. The suspect admitted to battering her husband and was placed under arrest and subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

 


0215011342 - Burglary - 07-21-15

Location: Avenida De Clotilde – Jaconita Area

The daughter of the homeowner reported that sometime between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on 07-21-15 someone entered the residence through a unsecured rear door and stole a Vizio 42” flat screen TV and a Sony PlayStation-2 game console.

0215011341 - Driving While Intoxicated - 07-21-15

Location: US 84/285 at the 182 Mile Marker

Arrested: Christina Martinez-Salazar – 39 – Espanola, NM

Suspect was traveling northbound on US 84/285 and was unable to maintain proper control of her vehicle.

Suspect wa stopped and was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety tests.

Suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and rransported to the hospital for a legal blood draw. Suspect was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Camino Los Abuleos

Arrested: Jerry Anaya – 27 – Galisteo, NM

Suspect was traveling eastbound on County Rd 42 when a traffic stop was conducted on his vehicle.

Suspect was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was subsequently placed under arrest and was transported to the Sheriff’sOffice for an Intoxilyzer Test. Test results were a .10 and .10 respectively.

 Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for DWI - Possession of Marijuana - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia


0215011468 / Burglary, Larceny / 07-23-15

Location: Residence on Camino Dos Antonios off Agua Fria

Stolen 40" Flat screen television valued at $600.00

On 07-23-15 deputies responded to a suspicious activity call at the above location.  Deputies discovered a residence had been burglarized and a television was stolen.  A suspect was developed through the investigation and an arrest warrant for the suspect was obtained.

Location: SR 599 Railrunner Station - Home in Santa Fe County

Missing; John Spira, 21 years of age, 6'2, 174lbs, Brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing; grey t-shirt, black jeans, "Vans" shoes and hat.

Deputies responded to the missing person's parents residence- Santa Fe County. The parents reported the missing was taken to the SR 599 Railrunner station to catch a train to Albuquerque, NM. The parents state they havent heard from their adult son and its uncharecteristic of him not to check in. The parents decided to report him missing due to not hearing from him. If the missing person is seen, please contact the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

Location; Lumbre Del Sol Espanola, NM (Santa Fe County)

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. The victim reported that forced unauthorized entry was made by unknown person(s) into the residence and home electronics were stolen. The approximate value of the item(s) stolen was valued at $500.00. This case is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in refrence to a residential burglary. The victim reported that forced unauthorized entry was made into the residence by unknown suspect(s). The type of property stolen was household electronics valued at $850.00. This case is currently under investigation.


0215011434 / Possession of Drug paraphernalia , Shoplifting /,Concealing ID / 07-23-15

Location: Oliver Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 ( Santa Fe area)

Stolen: Power tools

Arrested: Kenneth Sanchez 29 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to a business of Oliver Road in reference to a shoplifting that had occurred. Contact was made with the victims who stated the suspect entered the business and unlawful tool power tools from within the business then fled the area. Employees were able to obtain valuable information on the suspect. Deputies searched the area and located the above suspect. The suspect had the stolen merchandise with him. The suspect did not initially give his correct information. The suspect also had drug paraphernalia in his possession. Upon finding the suspects correct information it was discovered the suspect had 2 outstanding warrants for his arrest. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. The stolen property was returned to the business.
