Deputies responded to location in reference to a male pointing a gun. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned victim and suspect got into a dispute which turned physical. During the dispute, suspect retrieved a firearm from his waistband and pointed it at the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim: 35YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, who stated that 3 unknown subjects jumped him and stole his vehicle. The victim had recently bought the vehicle and could not provide proof of ownership, and had not registered it. The victim was unable to provide any description or information on the suspect(s); no further information is available at this time.

Arrested: Jerry Salazar, 46 YOM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the location. Upon contact with the driver, it was learned his license was revoked due to a previous DWI offence. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
2025002462 / Burglary, Criminal damage to property, Larceny / 04-29-2025

Security identified a county vehicle that had a broke window. The window was intact the evening prior. Through investigation it was learned unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle and stole a starter pack and a fuel card. The fuel card has since been cancelled. Surveillance footage is currently being reviewed in an attempt to identify a suspect.

Arrested: Richard Cordova 44 yoa male Lamy NM
Subject was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving while his privilege is revoked due to a prior DWI. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Subject was identified during a traffic stop and was confirmed to have two warrants out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court signed by Judge D. Sena.
Subject`s original charges; Failure to pay fines and costs for no DL & stopping or parking in prohibited places. Second warrant is FTA for no driver's license.

Location- El Sitio Rd (Espanola)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to the victim who had been battered by his girlfriend. Deputies contacted the girlfriend, Celina War, and interviewed her. Following the interview, it was determined that she was the primary aggressor and she was placed under arrest. She was later booked at ADC.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered that he had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DUI. The driver was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Christopher Sidler (35 YO)
Deputies responded to a vehicle crash. Upon making contact with the drivers/vehicles, it was discovered one of the vehicles involved was reported stolen earlier in the morning. The driver of the stolen vehicle was cited for the crash, along with other traffic violations. He was taken to the detention center and booked accordingly.
