Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On Friday, August 26, 2016 at approximately 11:07pm, Deputy observed the vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel and tailgating other vehicles. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Driver agreed to provide a breath sample. Driver provided two breath samples of 0.16 or grater. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. A check of the suspect's records through N.C.I.C. revealed the suspect did not have any prior DWI arrests and the vehicle was not seized.

Victim advised that unknown subjects had obtained his personal information and used it to open a credit card account. Subjects charged $4,000 to the credit card. Case is under investigation.

Vehicle: 2005 Orange and Black KTM Off-Road Motorcycle
On Thursday, August 25, 2016 at approximately 9:31pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) entered the property within the last couple of days and removed the vehicle from the property. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect 2: Reyes Lujan, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Minors
On Thursday, August 25, 2016 at approximately 9:19pm, Deputy stopped vehicle for traveling 20mph under the speed limit and failure to maintain it's lane of travel. Driver was concealing his identity and while being placed under arrest, he fled the scene. Suspect 1 was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license. Suspect 1 was taken into custody, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center. Suspect 2 showed signs of impairment from alcohol and admitted to drinking. Suspect 2 is not of legal drinking age, was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On above date deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute. Suspect was found to have battered a household member. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 08-25-16 the victim reported the above vehicle was stolen from the residence between 11:00 pm on 8-24-2016 and today's date (8-25-2016) around 7:20 am. During the investigation, there were no signs of force entry. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: Battery Upon a Peace Officer; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer; Driving While License Revoked
On Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at approximately 2:23am, Deputy made contact with suspect's brother. While deputy had contact with suspect's brother, suspect drove the vehicle to the scene and became agitated. A check of the suspect's driver's license through N.C.I.C. revealed he was driving on a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. While placing the suspect under arrest, suspect pulled away and resisted arrest. While suspect was being placed in a patrol vehicle, suspect kicked one of the deputies. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Vehicle was seized under Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 Amended Ordinance 2013-5. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.
