On the above date, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival it was learned the above individual battered a household member. During the altercation the above individual also threatened the victim with a handgun. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 08-02-16 the victim reported they lost their coin purse at the College. Later someone used the victim's credit card to make several purchases at local stores totaling $2,000.00.

Victim reported that he was contacted by persons claiming to be with the IRS. Suspects advised that a court case was filed due to the victim not paying his taxes. Suspects advised victim to purchase I Tunes cards and give them the card numbers. Suspects also obtained victims personal information. Victim purchased the I Tunes cards in the amount of $1000. Case is under investigation.
