Decedent: 32 year old male
On 7-31-16 Deputies responded to the above residence in regards to a death. Upon arrival it was learned the above individual passed away. The decedent was found by his friend. There were no signs of foul play and the case is under investigation.

On 07-31-16 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was determined the above individual battered a family member. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. The victim received minor injuries.

Arrested: Miguel Moya-Covarrubias, 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 07-31-16 the defendant was involved in a motor vehicle crash in the parking lot of the Buffalo Thunder Casino. Further investigation revealed he was intoxicated while driving his 2002 Chevrolet truck. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The suspect and his wife (victim) began to argue over money problems. The victim used a cuss word towards the suspect. The suspect grabbed the victim by her throat and pushed her up against a wall while he held a hand over her mouth.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge.
