Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Foxtrail Circle in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who reported suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicles, once entry was gained the suspect(s) took an electronic and us currency from within the vehicles. The scene was processed for evidence. this case remains under investigation.

On Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 4:26am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a suspect who was inside the garage. A vehicle inside the garage was left in disarray by the suspect. Suspect fled the scene after victim located him. Investigation is ongoing.

On 02-02-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Holmes-Leyba was involved in a physical altercation with a family member in which she battered the family member. This occured while her and the victim were traveling on the interstate in a vehicle. She was arrested on the above charge.
