Above subject failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Agua Fria and Henry Lynch Road. During the traffic stop, Deputy learned the above subject was operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license pursuant to 66-8-122G. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Julianna Garcia, 21-year-old female from Velarde N.M.
On 07-27-26 Ms. Garcia entered the Santa Fe County Jail fort a routine check in with the Electronic Monitoring Program. She was booked into jail after failing a drug test. While being booked she was found to be in possession of Suboxone and a syringe.

Victim reported on July 26, 2016 around 1150pm, an unknown male suspect entered his residence through the kitchen window and attempted to steal his television prior to being confronted. Unknown suspect damaged the window screen valued at $25.00. Case is still under investigation.

During the traffic stop, Deputy learned the about subject was operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license pursuant to 66-8-122G. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

On July 25, 2016 Deputies were dispatched to above area in reference to a Burglary in Progress. Victim stated she went to check the mail and came back home and heard a noise in the garage. Victim observed suspect in her garage near the bikes. She yelled at the suspect and he left the area with her daughters pink bike. Suspect was located and arrested. Bike was returned to the victim.
