Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above residence. Entry was made between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:45 pm on Januray 22, 2016. Entry was gained through an unsecured rear door. Once inside the above items were taken. A cable was cut to take the generator. Estimate value: $ 20.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to sobriety testing and impairment was observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing with the results being .21, .23. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a report of a reckless driver operating a Maroon SUV. The vehicle was located and the driving habits were observed. The vehicle was stopped after a traffic infraction and contact was made with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and submitted to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested and refused to chemical testing. The driver also had an active warrant and his vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival contact was made with the driver at the hospital. The suspect admitted to drinking prior to crashing the vehicle. The driver refused to submit to Sobriety testing and Chemical Testing. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for failure to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, the above subject concealed his true identity. Deputy learned the above subject had an active warrant and a suspended driver license. In addition, drug paraphernailia was found inside the vehicle. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputy spoke with victim who advised he had purchased over six hundred dollars worth of miscallaneous car parts from a company in Arizona in December 2015. The victim has never received the car parts and is not able to contact the company. Case is under investigation.

Driver was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, the deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The driver admitted to smoking marijuana prior to be stopped. Driver submitted to field sobriety testing and was arrested after impairment was detected. Suspect complied with chemical testing and a legal blood draw was administered. The suspect was then booked into the jail accordingly.
