Value: $ 4500.00

The bicycles were stolen from the front of an recreational vehicle parked at the RV park on Brown Castle Ranch Road.  Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

Stolen: Pottery

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a larceny. The victim reports between January 1, 2015 and June 1, 2015, unknown suspect(s) stole a piece of pottery having a value over $1,000.00 from inside his home. There were no signs of forced entry. This case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: Women's clothing accessory

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a larceny. The victim reported between February 1, 2015 to July 24, 2015 unknown suspect(s) stole her belt having a value over $1000.00. The victim advised she has had numerous people in the residence since she discovered the belt missing but does not suspect anyone specifically. There were no signs of forced entry. This case is currently under investigation. 


Case #0215011574, Breaking and Entering

On Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 9:25 am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Breaking and Entering to a residence. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by breaking a window and walked through the residence, but did not remove any items from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.


Case #0215011569, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

Suspect: Jason Tapia-Hena, Albuquerque, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 4:28 am, deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect having been found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of a controlled substance, which was Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0215011567 – DWI (Felony) – 07-25-15

Deputy Assigned:  Dep. T, Durham

Location: Mile Marker 1 – Highway 16 (Cochiti Exit)

Arrested: Wallace Chase – 46 – Gallup, NM.

Deputies responded to a request for assistance from a Bureau of Indian Affairs Officer who had found a motorist asleep in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. The suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages at a restaurant in Albuquerque. Suspect also stated he was intoxicated while driving and pulled over because his vehicle malfunctioned.

Suspect refused to submit to testing and a search warrant for blood was signed by a Magistrate Court Judge. Marijuana and a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue were also located in the suspect’s vehicle.

Suspect was placed under arrest and subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Facility for DWI – Possession of Controlled Substance – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A records check showed that the suspect has 3 prior DWI offences.

 


Case #0215011491, Burglary (Residential)

Suspect: Zeena Villarial, 20, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Nicholas Miramontes, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: Blue 2010 Honda Passenger Car

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Friday, July 24, 2015 at 9:52 am, Deputies were responding to location in reference to a residential burglary that had just occurred. A witness provided the description of the vehicle. Vehicle was located by Deputies leaving the area and the vehicle was stopped. The suspects were inside the vehicle, which contained an electronic item and a change box which had been removed from the residence. Suspects gained entry into the residence through a window by damaging the air conditioner. Suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

 


0215011558– Battery Against a Household Member - 07-24-15

Location: Ramada Court

Arrested: Pena Yolanda – 46 – Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and upon arrival contacted the male victim. The victim stated he heard his wife talking to another man on the telephone. When the victim confronted the suspect about the possible infidelity an argument began which resulted in the suspect slapping the victim on his cheek with an open hand. The suspect admitted to battering her husband and was placed under arrest and subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

 


0215011342 - Burglary - 07-21-15

Location: Avenida De Clotilde – Jaconita Area

The daughter of the homeowner reported that sometime between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on 07-21-15 someone entered the residence through a unsecured rear door and stole a Vizio 42” flat screen TV and a Sony PlayStation-2 game console.

0215011341 - Driving While Intoxicated - 07-21-15

Location: US 84/285 at the 182 Mile Marker

Arrested: Christina Martinez-Salazar – 39 – Espanola, NM

Suspect was traveling northbound on US 84/285 and was unable to maintain proper control of her vehicle.

Suspect wa stopped and was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety tests.

Suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and rransported to the hospital for a legal blood draw. Suspect was later booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
