Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to an inmate being found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon Deputy arrival, it was determined that the inmate had in her possession a controlled substance after it was field tested and was re booked into the jail with the additional charge.

Person Arrested- Aaron Pacheco 27 yo Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival and investigation, it was determined that the above subject pushed in the front door of the residence causing damage and left the residence in his vehicle. Deputies stopped the subject as he was leaving and upon running his information it was found that his drivers license was revoked. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was determined that above listed subject had restrained the victim, preventing her from leaving the residece. The above listed also grabbed the victim and drug her down the staircase causing injury to her person. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was determined that the above subject had pushed his girlfriend and pulled open the screen door breaking the latch mechanism. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding a vehicle crash. Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed subject had crashed his vehicle into a residence. It was also determined that the individual was under the influence. Subject was arrested and transported to the detention facility where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Nicole Lovato Age: 27 Arroyo Seco
Deputies dispatched to domestic dispute and learned that Nicole Lovato had battered a Household Member by wrestling the victim down to the ground.. She also damaged property in the home including a wall and door frame. She was booked accordingly. Victim did not sustain any serious injury.

Location: Siler Road and West Alameda, Santa Fe NM
Arrested: Ronnie Ahumada 28 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Speeding, Driving on a Suspended License, No Insurance, and Expired Registration
Deputy observed a Red in color Chrysler 4 door speeding at the above location. Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, at which time made contact with the above driver. Driver showed signs of impairment and admitted to having consume some alcoholic beverages prior to the stop. The above driver refused to preform the SFST's. Driver had no proof of insurance, expired registration, and a Drivers license check revealed he had a suspended license. Above driver was placed under arrest. The NM Implied Consent Advisory was read to the above suspect, at which time he refused to answer to submitting to a chemical test. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly without further incident on the above charges.

Deputy reported that between February 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. and February 22, 2016 at 2: p.m. unknown suspects entered the property and grafittied the exterior of the building, playground equipment and cinder block walls. Estimated value of damage is $1,500. Case is under investigation.
0216002695 – Death Investigation – 02-22-16

Location: Moya Rd - Santa Fe - NM
Deputies responded to conduct a Death Investigation after a man went to his brother’s residence and found him to be deceased. The man stated that his brother was last heard from on January 31, 2016.
An investigator from Office of Medical Investigator responded to the scene and later determined there were no signs of foul play or suspicious activity regarding the death of the 64 year old victim.
