Location: North Camino Seco, Santa Fe, NM, 87532 ( Arroyo Seco area)

 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on North Camino Seco in reference to a reported sexual assault. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated her boyfriend sexually assaulted her on June 30, 2015. The suspect was no longer on scene. Santa Fe County Detectives were called to further investigate the incident. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Apache Plume Road (Old Las Vegas Hwy.)

Stolen: Numerous items of jewlery

Victim reported between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. an unknown person forced entry into a residence. Once inside the suspects stole numerous items. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Mark Pearson  Age: 58  Edgewood

Mark Pearson was arrested for Battery against a Household Member after deputies learned he had battered a household member during an argument causing minor injury.  He was booked accordingly

Location: N. Horizon Lane – NM-599 Frontage Rd.

Suspect #1: Herman Torres – 20 – Santa Fe, NM

Suspect # 2: Reynaldo Rosa – 31 – Santa Fe, NM

On the above date Herman Torres and Reynaldo were arrested for with Robbery - Aggravated Burglary – Larceny and Conspiracy after learning Torres entered a residence through a bedroom window. The suspect stole several items from the residence including an electric guitar and a firearm before threatening the homeowners with another firearm.  Suspects were apprehended and the stolen items were recovered. Both were booked the above charges.

Location: N. San  Mateo Way Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a juvenile female that ran away from her home. The complainant, mother reported she left the residence on Saturday June 27, 2015 in the afternoon with her boyfriend and has not returned home. The mother has had telephonic contact with her daughter and the daughter states she is fine but she has not returned home.

The runaway is described as: Andrea Valencia, 16 years of age, 5'6, Brown hair (Shoulder length), Brown eyes, dark complected a pierced tongue and last seen wearinga black tank top shirt, light blue Capri pants and black sandals.

Case#0215009822 Battery against a household member/ Violation of restraining order 06-27-15

Location: W. Frontage Road & NM 599

Arrested: Alejandro Enriquez 39 yoa male (santa fe)

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference into a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the suspect had been involved in an argument with his ex wife which led the suspect to punch the victim in the face with a closed fist. It was also learned the victim had a valid restraining order against the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without further incident. 


Case #0215009811 Burglary 06-27-15

Location: Seton Village Road (Arroyo Hondo area)

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a resedential alarm check. Upon arrival the house had been entered by force. Areas of the residence appeared to be ransacked. The case is under investigation.

Location: 2323 Casa Rufina, Santa Fe, NM, 87507 (Santa Fe area)

Arrested: Elijah Reno, 32 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an apartment at 2323 Casa Rufina in reference to a male subject that was heard screaming. Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that her boyfriend Elijah Reno pushed her during a heated argument. The suspect was located and arrested without incident. Elijah Reno was transported to the Santa Fe County Detetention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Location: Camino Vista Aurora Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Arrested: Martinez, Jorge; 24 years of age; Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Deputies attempted a traffic stop with the above driver in his vehicle. It was determined the driver of the vehicle had side swiped/struck another vehicle prior to stopping. When the vehicle came to a stop, the suspect/driver fled from deputies and he was subsequently apprehended. The suspect had an odor of an intoxicating liquor emitting from his expelled breath and an DWI investigation was conducted. The suspect showed signs of impairment during testing and was placed under arrest. Open alcohol container(s) were found inside the suspects vehicle. The suspect agreed to a breath test, which the results revealed he was over the legal limit, .08. The driver was charged accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: West Gutierrez, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Dominic Espinoza

   Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on West Gutierrez in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies arrived and made contact with a victim that advised an argument began with her grandson. As the argument escalated the victims grandson unlawfully touched the victim in an angry manner. A friend of the victim attempted to intervene at which time the victims friend was also battered. The suspect was palced under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where he was booked accordingly.
