Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on La Jara Road in reference to an auto burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on todays date suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took US Currency from within the vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Andres Garcia 22 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to a battery on a peace officer incident. Contact was made with the victim who stated the above inmate applied force to the victim in a rude angry or insolent manner. Wintesses were interviewed. The inmate was charged and re-booked accordingly.

Stolen: Two TV'S
Arrested: Ivan Martinez, age 39. Espanola, NM
Arrested: Juliette Lovato, age 29. Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were notified by the Santa Fe Police Department, the two suspects had been stopped at the Smith's Grocery Store on Pacheco Street with two TV's in their vehicle. The two suspects admitted to burglarizing a residence on Camino Polvoso. Deputies arrived at the residence to find it had been burglarized and two TV's had been stolen. The above suspects were turned over to Sheriff's Detectives to be interviewed and charged in the burglary.

Stolen: Cash and Jewelry
Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary. The victim indicated an unknow person entered the residence and stole cash and several items of jewelry. No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Eric Rivera Age: 37 Santa Fe
Eric Rivera was arrested for a 4th offense (Felony) DWI after being stopped for traffic lane violation and showing signs of impairment. He refused chemical testing and a Search Warrant was served for a blood test. Bac results are pending. He was booked accordingly.

Deputies reponded to the above location in reference to a burglary. The victim reported they arrived home to find their residence burglarized. The victim reports forced enrty was made into the residence by unknown suspect(s) and electronics were stolen from the residence. This case is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an activated residential alarm. Upon arrival, deputies observed a rear door that had broken by forced entry. The glass portion of the door was shattered by an unknown object and unknown suspect(s) gained entry. During the investigation, it was determined that a safe containing jewelry, credit cards, vehicle titles and ammunition was stolen. This case is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an activated residential alarm. Once deputies arrived, it was determined that the residence had been burglarized. Forced entry was made into the residence and stole costume jewelry and one other household item. This case is currently undser investigation.

Location: Rancho Viejo Blvd and New Mexico State Road 14 Santa fe, NM 87508
Arrested: Villegas, Miguel; 37 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Deputies observed the above stated driver proceed through a red light at the above location. A traffic stop was initiated and it was determined that the driver's license was revoked as a result of a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized as per SF County ordinance 2006-5, ammended 2013-5.

Suspect: Carlos Gutierrez-Pacheco – 23 – Santa Fe, NM
The suspect became angry and jealous when he though he saw information about another man on his girlfriend’s cell phone. In the attempt to get her cell phone the suspect grabbed his girlfriend by the arm and held her against a wall. When the girlfriend tried to get her cell phone back the suspect slapped her several times on her arm.
The suspect was arrested and booked into jail for Battery Against a Household Member, False Imprisonment and Larceny
