On Friday, January 15, 2016, at 1:19am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Joseph Trujillo, 46-year-old male from Wyoming
On 01-14-16 Deputies located a Ford truck that had crashed through a fence and into some trees at the above location. The above defendant was located passed out in the driver's seat. He was awakened and admitted to consuming beer prior to driving his truck. He failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. He had 3 prior DWI arrests.

Location: Cities of Gold Hotel, Pojoaque NM
Arrested: Tyana Howell, 28-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-15-16 at about 1:00am Ms. Howell was tresspassed from the hotel by managment and security. She refused to leave and the Sheriff's Office was called to the location. Deputies asked her to leave and she still refused at which time she was placed under arrest for traspassing. As she was being placed under arrest she resisted. She was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim: 32 year old male
Suspect: Abdias Flores, 23 yoa male Santa Fe
Deputies were called to the County Jail in regards to a batery that had occured on a corrections officer. Inmate Flores was found to have battered a corrections officer during an escort by striking him once with a closed fist. Suspect was was charged accordingly.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location, upon contacting the victim, it was learned that victim was waiting for the school bus at the end of the driveway. Victim forgot something in the residence and went to retrieve it and when he came back, the above items were missing. The items are valued at $1,495.00. Case is under investigation

Charges: Concealing Identity; Altered, Forged or Ficitious License
On Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at approximately 9:24pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a counterfeit $5.00 bill that had been turned over. Suspect was unaware that the bill was counterfeit and had received the bill as change from a business in Albuquerque. Suspect provided a fake US Permanent Resident ID and admitted that it was fake. Suspect would not provide any other information to his true identity and did not have any other type of identification in his possession. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputy spoke with victim and was advised that unknown suspects used his personal information and filed a 2014 tax return in his name. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Police Department in regards to a welfare check. Deputies learned the above suspect had struck his child mulitple times with an open hand, over the weekend. Suspect was interviewed and admitting striking the child, he was arrested on the above charges.
