Charges: Breaking and Entering

On Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 12:05 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect broke one of the windows of the vehicle. Unknown suspect was scared away after a witness saw them entering the vehicle. Nothing from the vehicle was reported missing. Investigation is ongoing.


0215009676 - Driving while Revoked - 06-25-15

Location: Agua Fria & San Ysidro Crossing

Suspect: Nicholas Sisneros – 34 – Albuquerque, NM

A vehicle was observed doing 37-MPH in a 25-MPH zone. Upon making a traffic stop the deputy found that the driver was operating the vehicle while his driver's license is revoked. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Driving while Revoked, Speeding and No Registration  The vehicle, a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander, was seized.

  


SFCSO Case # 0215009652/ Battery against a household member/ 06-24-2015

Location: South San Mateo Way Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to the above address in regards to a domestic dispute between mother and daughter. The victim, the mother suspected her daughter, the suspect of stealing money from her and the suspect confronted the victim about the allegations. The arguement turned physical and the suspect struck the victim in the face, attempted to strangle her and pushed her to the ground. The victim's husband intervened and the victim was able to get away and call law enforcement. Evidence on the scene shows an altercation took place and evidence on the victim's body shows battery had occurred. This case is still under investigation.

Victim: Male, 41, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 6:22 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by forcing open a door causing over $1000 in damage to the door and door frame. The unknown suspect(s) removed electronic items from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.


0215009521 – Possession of Deadly Weapon by a Prisoner – 06-23-15

Deputy Assigned:  Dep. A. Lopez

Commander Entering: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Victor Maestas – 31 – Santa Fe, NM

Detention Officers were doing a search of the above inmate when an unknown object was detected. The inmate began to resist and attempted to flush the object into a toilet. The object was recovered and found to be a piece of metal shaped like a knife.

The inmate was rebooked into the jail and charged with being a prisoner in possession of a deadly weapon.

Location: Meadow Hills Loop

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported that unknown suspect entered his son's residence through an unlocked rear door and stole mutiple hand-held power tools. No forced edtry was discovered. The case is under investigation.

 

 


SFCSO Case #0215009575/ Forgery/ 06-23-2015

Location: Prarie Crest Drive Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a forgery. Contact was made with the victim who reported the suspect, who he believes to be his wife took out a business loan in the amount of $30, 000.00.(Prior to getting married) The victim believes the suspect forged his name on loan documents as he has recieved demand letters to pay the remaining balance of the loan, $42,708.56 with interest and penalties. The investigation revealed the suspects name was forged on the loan documents as the signature on the documents were not his. This case is currently under investigation.

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 5:25 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by forcing open a door to the residence, causing damage to the door. Unknown suspect(s) removed jewelry from the residence. Invesitigation is ongoing.

 


SFCSO Case #0215009498/ Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle/ 06-22-2015

Location: 100 block of Camino Tres Arroyos Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The victim reports she went to bed at approximately 10:00pm and woke up around 12:00am to find her vehicle missing. The victim suspects her son took the vehicle without permission.

Vehicle: 2009 Honda Fit, grey in color and bearing NM license plate 618SJH- Stock.

 

This vehicle was returned on Tuesday June 23, 2015 at 5:55am

Location: 3700 block of Luna De Miel, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

On Monday, June 22, 2015 at 4:24 PM, Deputies made contact with the victim in reference to a domestic dispute that occurred at location. Victim and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument and during the argument the boyfriend battered the victim. Victim had non-life threatening visible injuries. Investigation is ongoing.
