On Sunday, February 14, 2016 at about 11:26pm, Deputy reponded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim during an argument. Suspect also threatened to batter another person who was on scene. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Nicole Montoya Age:31 Albuquerque,NM
Deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate being found to have in her possession a controlled substance. Upon her arrival, it was learned that the inmate during a cell search had in her possession a controlled substance. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect had unlawfully touched the victim causing injuries. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On Sunday, February 14, 2016, at approximately 11:49pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Battery upon a peace officer. It was learned that the suspect had thrown hot water on the victim, who is a corrections officer. The victim received minor, non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported that she had been gone for a few weeks and returned today to the residence. Upon her arrival, the above items were noted as missing from the residence. Items are valued at $4,000. Case is under investigation.

A traffic stop was initiated on the above person due to not wearing a seat belt. Upon contact with the above listed person she was found to be driving while impaired. She was booked accordingly.

Items Taken- Purse, sunglasses, checkbook and misc credit cards
During the hours of 9:15 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on this date, the above items were taken from a 2015 Chevy Tahoe after the window was broken to gain entry. Value of items is $4,100. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned that the suspect had battered the victim after a verbal argument. Suspect was arrested and booked into ADC without incident.

Suspect: Jason Applebaum, 38, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic
On Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 12:15am vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, who is the suspect. Suspect showed signs of impairment and the Standardiazed Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to chemical testing. Suspect provided two breath samples, which showed he had a breath alcohol content of 0.08 or higher. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was not seized due to the driver having no prior DWI arrests.
