Location: 3700 block of Luna de Miel Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Arrested: Griselda Baez-Santos, 41 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Deputies responded to the above location on today's date in reference to a domestic dispute. It was learned through investigation that the arguement turned physical between the suspect and the victim. It was determined that the suspect was the primary aggressor in the matter. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly without incident.

Location: Piute Road, Santa Fe, NM,  87505 (Santa Fe area)

 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Piute Road in reference to a reported Fraud. Contact was made with the victim who stated that suspects(s) obtained the victims blank checks. Suspect(s) then forged signatures on the checks and  cashed the checks. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Riverside Mobile Home Park/ Wolf creek, Santa Fe, NM 87507(Santa Fe area)

Stolen: Vehicle parts, Kitchen equipment

  Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported burglary of a motor vehicle that was parked near Riverside Mobile Home Park and Wolf Creek. Contact was made with the victim who stated suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims RV and took vehicle parts and kitchen type items. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Ojo De La Vaca Road, Santa Fe, NM 87508 (Glorietta area)

Stolen: Firearm

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Ojo De La Vaca Road in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated that on todays date between 11:00 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home and a took a firearm from within the home. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.


Case #0215009042, Burglary (Residential)

Location: Wilder Lane, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 53, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny

On Monday, June 15, 2015 at 5:51 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and removed prescription medication from the residence. There were no signs of forced entry. Investigation is ongoing.


Case #0215009062 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle 06-16-15

Location: Charlie Bentley Road (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Abdias Flores 32 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputies responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Investigation revealed the victim suspected Mr. Flores of taking their vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle in the area of the suspects residence and the suspect failed to stop the vehicle. The vehicle failed to yield for a short time when the suspect exited the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot. Deputies quickly apprehended the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked without further incident.


0215009017 - Death Investigation - 06-15-15

Deputy Assigned: C. Archuletta

Commandeer Entering: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: La Pradera St. - La Pradera Subdivision

Deputies responded to a report of a welfare check and discovered a 47 year old adult male to be deceased. Investigation revealed no foul play. Deceased had a history of alcoholism. Office of Medical Investigator and Santa Fe Count y Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death.

 


0215009022 - Poss. of Cont. Substance - 06-15-15

Location: Santa Fe County ADC

Suspect Ronnie Trujillo - Age 27 - Santa Fe

The suspect, Ronnie Trujillo an inmate at the Adult Detention Facility was found to be in possession of a homemade syringe that contained Suboxone. 

He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

 

 

 

 


SFCSO Case # 0215009050/ Aggravated Battery against a household member, Kidnapping and Interference with communications/ 06-15-2

Location: Sunrise Road Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to Christus St. Vincent Hospital to speak with a female that wanted to report she was involved in a domestic dispute with her boyfriend. The victim reports her and her boyfriend got in a verbal altercation. The altercation then turned physical over the course of the day,night and into Monday June 15, 2015. The victim states she attempted to get away from the suspect and ran to a neighbors house, no one was home and the suspect found her and forcibly put her in his car and took her back to to the residence. The suspect continued to physically assault the victim at the residence. The victim asked the suspect to use his phone to call a family member, the suspect denied her use of the phone. When the suspect changed his clothes, the victim retrieved the phone from the suspects pants when he changed and contacted her mother. The victims mother took the victim to the hospital immediately. The victim sustained substancial injuries to include; various contusions, abrasions and lost consciousness throughout the course of the incident. This case is currently under investigation.

Location: Pasada San Juan

 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Pasada San Juan in reference to a 63 year old man not breathing. Santa Fe County Deputies and Santa Fe County Medics arrived on scene but found no signs of life. OMI was called to the scene. The 63 year old male had several medical issues. No signs of foul play were observed at the scene. OMI took over the investigation.
