Narrative: Unknown suspect broke a driver’s side window of a vehicle that was parked overnight on Tesuque Village Rd. Stolen from the back seat of the vehicle was a piece of artwork with a value of approximately $ 2,000.00.

Charges: Burglary (X2) / Battery (X2) / Larceny / Criminal Damage to Property
Narrative: Two victims confronted the suspect who in turn battered them causing damage to one victims glasses. It was learned that the suspect had broken into two vehicles, stealing several items including the battery from one of the vehicles. The suspect had departed the area before the arrival of deputies but an alert citizen was able to give information that the suspect was at a nearby convenience store. The suspect was located at the store and was arrested on the above charges.

Depuites responded to a verbal domestic at Juniper Hills MHP in Arroyo Seco, but the above suspect had left the residence. Deputies were able to locate the subject on Cities of Gold Road. Depuites learned the above male had four warrants for his arrest and took him into custody without incident. He was booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.
