Charges: DWI, Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer, Driving While License Revoked, Assault, Shoplifting, Open Container, and Resisting Arrest.
On 07-29-16 Cpl. Clark was advised of a Battery which occurred at the above location. When Cpl. Clark attempted to contact the above individual attempt to resist Cpl. Clark. While escorting the individual back to the front of the location, the individual assaulted a security card and pulled a knife on Cpl. Clark. The above individual was taken into custody without further incident. It was also learned the above individual had taken a can of refried beans from the location without paying for them.
The above individual was also found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The above individual was placed under arrest and a blood draw was conducted.
The individuals license was also found to be revoked for prior DWI offenses. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 07-29-16, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival it was learned the above individual battered a family member. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 07-29-16 it was reported the above individual threw a plastic food tray out of a food port and spit on a Corrections Officer. The food tray struck the officer in the leg. The above individual's spit landed on the officers arm. The above individual was rebooked accordingly.

On July 28, 2016 deputies were dispatched to above location for a vehicle crash. Anthony Martinez was transported to Los Alamos Hospital and admitted to taking Valium and driving. Anthony Martinez was booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Victim reported last night at about 2:00 a.m. she heard a loud pop noise outside of her home. Victim advised she thought a can had popped which was near a heat source. Upon victim's arrival at the residence this afternoon, they located a hole which appeared to be from a bullet. Case is under investigation.

Victim stated between 10/01/15 and 07/27/16 above items were taken from the residence. Forced entry was observed at a window next to the front door. Residence was to be checked on by a friend of the owner but had not done so since October of last year. Case is under investigation.

Above subject failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Agua Fria and Henry Lynch Road. During the traffic stop, Deputy learned the above subject was operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license pursuant to 66-8-122G. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

On 07-27-26 Ms. Garcia entered the Santa Fe County Jail fort a routine check in with the Electronic Monitoring Program. She was booked into jail after failing a drug test. While being booked she was found to be in possession of Suboxone and a syringe.

Victim reported on July 26, 2016 around 1150pm, an unknown male suspect entered his residence through the kitchen window and attempted to steal his television prior to being confronted. Unknown suspect damaged the window screen valued at $25.00. Case is still under investigation.
