Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between 9:00pm and 12:00am someone entered her residence through an unlocked master bedroom window.
Taken in the burglary: 12 watches (various makes) – One (1) 3’ by 2’ black safe – One (1) Poulen Pro gas chain saw – Total value of stolen items: $2,700.00

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility (ADC)
Suspect: Loretta Bowker – 47 – Santa Fe, NM
Deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility upon receiving a report of two inmates fighting.
Upon investigation it was learned that the suspect battered another inmate as a result of a dispute over watching television.
The suspect was charged with Battery and re-booked into ADC.

Suspect: Benjie Vigil – 29 – Santa Fe, NM
Victim stated that she was involved in a physical altercation with her husband. Victim had redness and swelling to the right side of her face where had husband had struck her.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for Batter Against a Household Member

Location: NM 501 MP 10/ East Jemez Road, Los Alamos, NM
Arrested: Armando Aguilar, Age 40, Espanola NM
Deputies responded to the above location to assist the Los Alamos Police Department with a traffic stop. Deputies arrived and conducted an investigation which revealed the driver was impaired. The driver was arrested, and later submitted to a breath test and the results were .21 and .21. The suspect was transported to ADC and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Dion Lucero, age 38, Espanola NM
The above person was stopped for speeding on NM 599, he was travelling 72 in 45 MPH zone. The above suspect was driving, but his license is currently Revoked and the vehicle was not equipped with an interelock device as needed. Suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reports that while conducting a query of his bank account he noticed an unusal deduction being taken out. The amount was being taken out via electronic check in the amount of $19.94. It was discovered that this amount was being taken out since September 29, 2011 totaling in the amount of $2,917.34. Case is still pending further investigation.

Location: 17700 block of US 84/285 East Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque Area)
Arrested: Alexa Scarduzio 27 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Deputy was dispatched to assist Bureau of Indian Affiars Officer who was out at the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. The above female was found in possession of a loaded syringe with a brown tar like substance while attempting to locate her identification card in her person. Through further investigation the above female was also found with multiple syringes and three small pieces of brown tar like substance. Suspect admitted to possessing the items. She was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Cristobal Rodriguez-Ruiz, age 34, Santa Fe, NM
The above suspect was stopped for travelling in the oppisite lane of traffic and almost colliding head on with a Sheriff's unit. The suspect was found to be impaired and had open bottles of beer in his vehicle. The suspect provided a breath sample, and the results were .27, .24 and .23. Suspect was arrested and his vehicle was seized per the Santa Fe County ordinance.

Suspect: Carlos Perez, 31, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: 1999 red Mazda pickup
Charges: DWI, Equipment Violation, Driver to be licensed
On Friday, August 14, 2015 at 9:40 PM, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling on Agua Fria without working tail lamps or license plate lights. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect, who was driving, showed signs of impairment from some kind of alcoholic beverage. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the suspect showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect and the suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. A breath test was conducted and the suspect's BrAC was higher than a 0.08. The suspect was ran through N.C.I.C. and the suspect did not possess a valid driver's license. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
