Arrested Person- Adrian Guerrero 24 yo Santa Fe, NM
Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation, it was found that above subject attempted to strike his mother and spit at his father. Subject also punched a hole in a wall of the residence. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Fermina Tom Age: 22 Santa Fe
Fermina Tom was involved in a rollover crash and was found to be impaired. She was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for assesment and then booked for 2nd offense DWI. Her license was also revoked for a prior DWI. Her BAC is pending blood analysis.

Eloy Sanchez was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property after he was observed punching and breaking the glass to a Video Slot Machine causing about $1200.00 in damages. He was booked accordingly.

Stolen: Misc. Tools, 32 inch Television, Christmas lights, and Remote Controlled Toys total estimated value: $2,205.00
Victim reports that sometime between December 19, 2015 at 10:00pm and December 20, 2015 at 4:40am unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained through an unlocked Kitchen window and breaking a side window to the garage. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage $400.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Suspect: Raymond Solano-Saenz 19yoa Santa Fe, NM
Offense: Driving while license revoked, no insurance, no registration, turning movements require signal
Driver was stopped for failing to use turning signals at the above location. Upon investigation, Deputy learned the above suspect had a revoked driver license pursuant to arrest cause (66-8-122G). In addition, the above suspect did not have registration or insurance for the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked at Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Victim reports unknown persons gained unlawful entry in a shed at the above location. Entry was gained through an unsecure door between the dates of December 13, 2015 at 7am and December 19, 2015 at a 8:30 am. Once inside the above items were taken. Case pending further investigation.

On Friday, December 18, 2015 at 10:42pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle by breaking one of the windows and removed a handbag, a wallet containing credit cards and cash, and clothing. Investigation is ongoing.

On Friday, December 18, 2015 at approximately 11:43pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) removed the screen to a window, damaging the window and removed a wallet containing credit cards, a toolbox with tools, and an E-Cig from the residence. Suspect(s) used one of the credit cards within Santa Fe to purchase items on the night of Friday, December 18. Investigation is ongoing.

Driver was arrested for Felony DWI and Driving while License Revoked after being stopped for driving over a cement island. He showed signs of impairment and his Brac was .14./.14 This is his 4th DWI arrest. His vehicle was seiezed in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI Ordanance.
