Subject was stopped for a equipment violation and found to be operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked due to a DWI conviction. Subject was arrested and taken to ADC where he was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the location regarding a domestic disturbance. During the course of the investigation deputies learned the subject had battered his significant other. The subject was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, without further incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had an active arrest warrant out of Magistrate Court for failure to appear on Criminal Damage to Property charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Joseph Hollinger 29 YOM
Contact with the subject was made during a welfare check. The subject had four active arrest warrants one from Probation and Parole for Larceny, and one out of Sandoval County for failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance, concealing, and shoplifting charges. Two warrants were out of Toas County for failure to appear for unlawful assault on a C.O., burglary of a motor vehicle, and larceny x2 charges. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.
Case #2025000085 // DUI, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Trafficking, Traffic Violation - 1/7/2025

Deputies observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway and initiated a traffic stop. The driver showed signs of impairment for a DUI. During search of the driver, narcotics were located, and during the inventory of the vehicle, additional narcotics were located as well as a stolen firearm. Vehicle was towed back to the Sheriff's Office pending further investigation.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a wrong way driver. Driver was identified and shown to have a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges: Battery on a P.O., Assault on a P.O., resisting/evading, criminal trespass, criminal damage.

Deputies responded to assist Tesuque PD with a traffic stop in which the driver had a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested and charged accordingly.

Victim reported she wrote her housekeeper two checks. One for her services and another as a Christmas gift. Her housekeeper lost her wallet and suspect(s) altered the checks and later cashed them. Case is under investigation.
2025000074 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to property / 01-06-2025

Location: Mile post 288 on Interstate 25 Santa Fe, NM
Victim: 58 YOM
Victim reported his vehicle broke down near aforementioned location so he had to leave it on the shoulder overnight. Sometime throughout the night, unknown suspect(s) broke a window and gained access to the vehicle. Once inside they stole a jacket and other documents. Suspect(s) also cut the battery cable and cut off the catalytic converter. Case is under investigation.

Deputy was approached and advised of an ongoing road rage incident. Suspect vehicle was located and driver fled on foot. Suspect was apprehended a short time later and taken into custody. It was learned the suspect had six active warrants for his arrest. Suspect was charged and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.
