Deputy dispatched to location in reference to an unresposive male. Once on scene it was learned the decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.

Location: Pojoaque
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, investigation determined the above subject had left the location at approximately 6:00PM as seen on camera on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 and not returned home. Subject is diagnosed with schizophrenia, bi-polar, manic depression and a traumatic brain injury. Subject is believed to be off of his medications prescribed to him for the mentioned issues. Subejct can be violent when off of his meds. Subjects whereabouts are currently unknown.

Warrant was issued out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear on original charge of Driving while intoxicated, Open container and No driver's license.

Deputy observed vehicle almost lose control near a construction crew. Suspect failed to stop at a red light shortly after. A traffic stop was conducted - suspect turned on his hazard lights and continued to drive - failing to pull over immediately. During contact with the driver signs of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered where signs of impairement were observed. Alcoholic beverages were later located inside the vehicle. Suspect did not have current driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. Breath results were .11,.11. Subject was charged and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Jesus Manuel Zubia-Montez 38 YOM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver as Jesus. Jesus had an active warrant for for abuse of a child. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject/driver had a revoked driver's license due to a previous DWI-related incident. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a motor vehicle crash. Deputies located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcohol before driving. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting in .14/.15. It appeared that the MVA did not occur at the location and is unknown where the vehicle crashed. The driver was booked into Santa Fe ADC.
