On Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 8:03pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a vehicle with front end damage and airbag deployment. The vehicle had front end damage and both airbags deployed. The suspect was in the driver's seat and in control of the vehicle. Suspect had an odor of intoxicating liquor, bloodshot watery eyes, and slurred speach. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The vehicle had open containers of alcoholic beverages. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided two breath samples of more the .08. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The area was checked for a crash scene, which was not located.

Charges: DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic
On Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 8:57pm, Deputy observed vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was cunducted and contact was made with the driver, who is the suspect. Suspect displayed signs of impairment due to some kind of drug. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and she agreed to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was taken to the Christus St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, It was determined that an inmate battered a corrections officer. The inmate admitted to the crime and was re-booked on the listed charges.

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above residence. Entry was made between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:45 pm on Januray 22, 2016. Entry was gained through an unsecured rear door. Once inside the above items were taken. A cable was cut to take the generator. Estimate value: $ 20.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle showed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to sobriety testing and impairment was observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing with the results being .21, .23. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a report of a reckless driver operating a Maroon SUV. The vehicle was located and the driving habits were observed. The vehicle was stopped after a traffic infraction and contact was made with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and submitted to sobriety testing. The driver was arrested and refused to chemical testing. The driver also had an active warrant and his vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.
