On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 5:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The vehicle was also not displaying a license plate. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as ammended.

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 1:50 AM, Deputy stopped vehicle for failure to dim headlights. Suspect was driving the vehicle and had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, blood shot watery eyes, and slurred speech. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and the suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath test with results greater than .16. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 12:15 AM, deputies responded to location in reference to possession of a controlled substance. Suspect had been booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and was later found with suspected cocaine in their possession. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: 62 yoa female
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the above street in reference to an unconcious female who was not breathing. Upon arrival no signs of life were located and the female had passed away. Investigation revealed the female had multiple medical issues and appears to have passed away from natrual causes. No foul play is suspected.

Damaged property: Window and door. Total value of $130.00
Sometime between 11-31-14 after 5:00PM and 12-01-14 before 7:00AM someone entered the victim's residence by breaking a window and stole the above listed items. Evidence was collected on scene.

On Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 1:14 AM, Deputies responded to location in reference to loud music. Deputies made contact with residents where the loud music was comming from and residents agreed to turn down the music. Shortly after suspect went to his neighbor's residence and began yelling at the neighbors for calling the police. Suspect could be heard from a great distance away. Suspect was trying to get the neighbor to fight him. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, December 1, 2014 at 3:55 PM, deputies responded to location in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. Contact was made with the suspect, who was gassing up vehicle, and admitted to driving. Suspect showed signs of impairment due to some type of intoxicating liquor. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. A check of the suspect's driving history indicated he had a revoked driver's license and that he had enough prior DWIs to make this one a felony DWI. Driver refused to submit to chemical testing. A warrant was obtained for a blood draw for the suspect and blood was drawn. Results of the blood draw are pending. A DMV check of the vehicle indicated that the license plate was expired. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
