Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Agua Fria in referenfce to a reported burglary. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim who stated sometime between July 3, 2015 and July 7, 2015 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims storage shed. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took various household items and various electronics. This case remains under investigation.

Santa Fe County Sheriff:s Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Deputies arrived and made contact with staff who stated a narcotic was found on an inmate. The narcotic was taken by the Deputy as evidence and will be submitted for further testing. The inmate was charged and re-booked.

Arrested: Holly Sanchez 22 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87532
Santa Fe County Sheriff 's Deputies responded to an address on Virgil Road in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated he and his girlfriend Holly Sanchez got into a verbal argument that escalated into a physical fight. The victim stated he was struck several times. The victim had several injuries consistent with his statement. The suspect did not have any injuries and stated that she and her boyrfriend were fighting. Holly was determined to be the aggressor and was palced under arrest. Holly was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where she was booked.

On the above date deputy was dispatched to the above location. Upon investigation, it was found that unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the residence through an unlocked door. Entry was made between the hours of 11 AM and 1130 AM. Once inside the above items were taken. Case pending further investigation.

Location: West Alameda at South Sierra Azul
Suspect: 19-year-old female from Glorieta N.M.
On 07-13-15 at approximately 9:45PM a 19-year-old female was driving her black in color Saturn east on West Alameda when she veered into the east lane of travel and struck another vehicle head on. The the 19-year-old suspect suffered substantial injuries. The 2 occupants of the other vehilce, a 25-year old woman and her 8-year-old daughter also suffered substantial injuries. All three were admitted to Saint Vincent Hospital. Further investigation revealed the 19-year-old female was under the influence of alcohol. She will be charged with Great bodily injury by vehicle once she recovers and is released from the hospital.

Arrested: Anthony Roybal, 56-year-old male from Northern Santa Fe County
On 07-13-15 the defendant was observed driving his 1999 GMC truck in a reckless manner in the parking lot of the Soaipilla Factory. A traffic stop was conducted and he displayed signs of intoxication. A DWI investigation was conducted and he was placed under arrest on the above charges.

Location: Cities of Gold Road, Sopapilla factory, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 (Pojoaque area)
Arrested: Anthony Roybal 56 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506
Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy Colombe was patrolling the area when he observed a vehicle strike a curb in the parking and nearly strike another vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted at which time contact was made with the above driver. The driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. SFST's were conducted at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Rico Lopez, age 36, Santa Fe, NM
The above suspect was seen on securtiy video leaving the Eldorado Supermarket with a shopping cart filled with various bottles of liquor. Suspect was identified and arrested, he is currently on probation. Suspect was located and arrested on the above charges.

Contact was made with the victim who reported on todays date suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took a bag with various clothing. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reports that on July 10th, 2015 between the hours of 12:00pm and 2:00pm unknown person gained unlawful and forced entry into their 2014 Red Volvo at the above location. Entry was gained by breaking the front passanger window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.
