On 11-10-15 a 13-year-old male bit his mother on the arm while they were arguing. He was placed under arrest at the request of the Juvenile Probation Office.

Arrested: Destiny Wilkerson, 32-year-old female from Espanola N.M.
On 11-10-15 at about 3:00PM a traffic stop was conducted on Wilkerson who was driving a 2002 GMC Denali. A drivers license inquary revealed her license was revoked. She was arrested and her vehicle was seized.

Deputy was sent to the above location reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was found that subject had a spoon and syringe used for narcotics in his possession. Subject was booked accordingly.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
Deputies were called to the above area reference a domestic violence call. Once on scene it was learned that the suspect battered the victim and caused damage to the residence. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Suspect: Marcus Delarosa – 43 - Peralta, NM
Charges: DWI (Aggravated) – Careless Driving
Narrative: Two independent calls into Drunk Buster identified a vehicle that was driving in an erratic manner. The vehicle was observed by Pojoaque Tribal Police at the Kokoman’s Liquor Store. As the vehicle left the parking lot it jumped the curb and crossed over a double yellow line twice. Deputy Cullison was called to the scene and conducted a DWI investigation. The suspect refused all sobriety testing and was charged accordingly.
